Few protein supplements provide such a high percentage of the highest quality protein per serving unless you're willing to pay dearly for it. Protein isolate is absorbed into the body faster than less refined proteins such as protein concentrate. So at this price you can't go wrong. Tastes great too.

Having had several brands this is not so good for me. The powder clumps together too easily, but it does mix well and has no taste. I won't be using it again as it really upset my stomach; I had very bad cramps and wind. As far as Whey Protein goes it is good value, but unfortunately just not for me.

I'm really fussy with protein because it has to taste nice in order for me to stomach it but Go Nutritions Pancakes and Maple Syrup is one of the best shakes I've tasted. I've only bought the small bag but will definitely be looking to invest in more to see if it helps with my training goals.

Horrendously sweet. Such a shame as it's good quality protein simply ruined by the artificial sweetners. There's a balance between making something easier to eat and making it into something that melts your teeth. I have tried multiple times and different flavours but I've had to bin it as it really is revolting sickly. Such a shame

good taste, helped me a lot with my running would recommend.

This powder tastes too sweet, and it's virtually impossible to mix in cold water. I used to mainly mix it with hot porridge, which is fine, but when I tried to have a quick shake with tap water it was awful.

It works.
