Holder is compact and small , first looks would raise questions about the sturdiness of the holder to hold big size mobiles , trust me , it does the job 2. Was to chose between Claw and Jaw type , chose Jaw type for the compact size 3. Built material is aluminum casting , steel and plastic in few places 4. The ball and socket joint is sturdy enough and holds the mobile in place even after the vibrations from the motor cycle 5. Socket and tightening nut is made of plastic , not even ABS , this would be the only concern , dont know how long it will last from the exposure to elements 6. The screw which tightens the JAW , its the only component that secures the mobile , during the first few rides i was constantly checking the tightness of the screw but the screw did hold the tightness even after the vibration from vehicle and riding rough roads 7. Fitting on to the handle bar took 15 mins , i have fitted on my Thunderbird 8. Holds good even big and heavy phone like iphone 7 Plus 9. Instead of trying out cheap alternatives better to go for this one type purchase

1. A very good mobile holder. 2. It has charging facilities with 2 mtr wire which is connected directly to battery. 3. It has a switch to On and OFF the power supply. it has an USB 3 output. 4. Comes with all accessories and and also Alan key. 5 using it for last 6 months. No problem. 6 The charging wire which comes with it is use less. Use your own mobile charging wire or buy one from marketplace.

The product is good but the charging cable is a very ordinary one.

One of the very few things bough online that I liked holding in my hands. Immaculately finished & sturdy. I have not yet connected it up to battery so will update soon. I appreciate the packing which is compact & least fussy & wasteful. Thoughtful inclusion of spare fuse, filler strap to fit snuggly on thinner handle bar, additional accessory for scooter, allen key to fix it as DIY. I feel the seller needs to communicate better for such content in the package. One feedback: the power cable from holder to phone should be in fluorescent colour for ease of locating incase dropped /lurking in dark corner of ruck sack etc.
