This ladder wobbles a lot and is absolutely impossible to climb without the risk of falling down. How can I climb up get things down from the loft if the ladder is wobbling and not steady at all. And now I see I cannot return the product, they provide optipn to replace with the same product. What is the use ? Amazon please return this product and refund my money so that I can buy a good and steady ladder.

I ordered this aluminium ladder expecting a solid, reliable product, but I’m honestly regretting the purchase. Right from the start, the quality just doesn’t match what was advertised. First of all, the top of the ladder is made of plastic. For something that’s supposed to be sturdy and durable, this feels like a major design flaw. It just doesn’t seem reliable or strong enough to support any significant weight, which is a huge concern when you’re using a ladder. On top of that, the ladder I received was defective. The band around the hinges was already broken when I unboxed it, making the ladder feel unstable and unsafe. I was honestly shocked that Amazon allowed such a product to be shipped out. Considering the price I paid, I expected much better craftsmanship and quality control. This ladder just doesn’t cut it, and I would not recommend it to anyone. I’m really disappointed with this purchase.

Material is strong, is safe and stable , easy to handle overall the product is great.... The 4 step ladder is sturdy and light weight. Steps are wide enough to place the foot comfortably. Worthy product for every household it's easy to carry around; it feels stable and strong and the safety strap straddling the back and front legs makes it secure.

Good product with mid range stability. Enough for 80Kg people weight capacity . Noise level is less. Bendability is medium. Value for money. Should go for 6 steps not for 5 feet to touch ceiling easily
