Great stuff. I’ve been taking for about two weeks and can tell a difference in my energy levels throughout the day. my sleep pattern has improved. And I’m noticing I don’t have as much pain in my lower back as I used to. I’m not sure if the shilajit is helping that, but I have noticed a big difference in the pain level since I’ve started taking it. . Also pro tip. When you are getting ready to start taking it use warm water almost to boiling stir in resin and add creamer 🤯tastes like an espresso.
