Great Planters for Plants, Fish, and Water Quality
These aquarium planters are amazing! I’ve used them in both my tanks and mini pond, and they work perfectly. The clips and suction cups hold up well, and the planters are easy to move and arrange. They add beautiful greenery, give fish places to hide and explore, and even help improve water quality. Very happy with these and would recommend them for any aquatic setup!

Fit great
These were perfect for my tanks around the house. They come with suction cups and a couple different sized clips to hang on the back of the tank which are great for all the tanks we have. I have them used with all different attachments and they all fit perfectly in the tanks and aren’t too much. These are pretty solid too and super easy to put together. I haven’t had any fish get stuck in between it and the glass yet either which is always a plus, using the small clips or the suction cups gives them pretty much no room to get in between. They were a good price especially to come with all the attachments I would definitely buy again.

Just like the product photo
The baskets are exactly as pictured and described. The plastic is slightly more opaque than translucent but still lets light through. It is nice and thick, only flexes a small amount when squeezed. Should hold up to most fish attacks. I don't keep extremely large or destructive fish but I'd give it good odds against a comet goldfish, for example. For mounting, it comes with suction cups and L clips. I did not test the suction cups but they are small (under an inch diameter) and completely clear. For clips, you get three sizes that each allow for a wider tank rim. They slide into an integrated track on the back of the planter and are easy to swap out. I used the smallest ones for a 5mm rimless tank and there was plenty of room to spare. I suspect the larger clips could work on many rimmed tanks (aqueon, tetra, typical open tanks from a pet store). The back of the planter has tabs to keep it straight against the tank wall. The bottom of the planter is solid and the circulation openings start about half an inch up so substrate can be added if desired. The openings are very narrow, and should keep out anything besides newly hatched fry and probably most shrimp. My tiny (less than 1.25 inch) female betta can easily fit between the back of a suction cup sponge filter and the tank wall, but she hasn't made it through these openings and inside the box (yet). It will take some time before I can report on whether it allows enough water flow around the roots for healthy growth so I can't comment on that. The plastic is a lightly textured matte finish and I'm interested to see how well algae does or doesn't grow on it, but again it's going to be awhile before I can say. In summary, I'm pleased with these little planters. Only months of use will tell me anything else, but from what I've seen from unboxing to setup, these seem to be good quality and good value.

Can use either hooks or basket, too big for lid cutout
The multi-size rim hooks are absolutely brilliant. Please keep that feature. Unfortunately, the basket size is just barely too big when combined with the rim hook, and then I can't close my lid because the basket is pushing the lid forward. I can't cut my lid any further because there's a hinge there. Every aquarium person knows that suction cups are absolutely useless. Go take those to the craft people who make sparkly things for windows. Please consider a magnetic stainless steel internal attachment with a neodymium magnet external component to do magnetic attachment, much like a magnetic algae scraper... I wish you luck with your re-engineering. You have a really good product, and I love that you continue to improve it.

Good for plants but not dummy fish
These are great but a warning for people with kinda dumb fish like mine, make sure the space in between is either big enough for your fish to go between or small enough they cannot at all. One of my ryukins got herself wedged between these twice. My shrimps enjoy hiding in them a lot though.

Tried these using plants in peat moss
Basically, this is a sound idea. The hangers work for our 20-gallon tank but are not large enough to fit the lip on our 65-gallon tank. I used the suction cups for the bigger tank, okay, but, not the greatest.

Aquarium Plant Necessity
This is absolutely perfect for any aquarium size! I have been sitting on the side of my 10 gallon mini pond and I didn’t wanna put any more plants at the bottom to take up any more room so this plant holder is absolutely perfect and exactly what I’ve been looking for. It comes with multiple different ways to sit on the wall of your tank with either suction cups or just edge wall hooks as shown in my video. I have some pothos plants in my and I have multiple cutting sitting in it. It’s a great size not too big, but not too small. It’s super lightweight but sturdy for what you need it for. I was surprised at how inexpensive they were so you definitely get your moneys worth. It’s a great value pack because the one I got was a pack of two. Super easy to use there’s nothing complicated about it.

These have allowed me to hold a few hydroponic plants in my fish tank. They are good quality and the suction cups that come with them are strong! The hanging piece did not work for our 29 gallon tank - not sure how it would for most modern fish tanks. Despite this- it’s work 5 stars.

Fabulous quality. They come with 3 different fitters for different thickness of aquariums. Also came with suckers which I didn't need. The middle size fitting fits perfectly on my jewel rio 180. I bought the pack of 4. Very good value and very well made. They also have holes in the bottom for roots which others I have bought do not and Iv had to make holes for roots. Really please with purchase. Perfect for rooting pothos, philodendron, monstera.
