ERP Microwave Oven Universal Cavity Touch Up Paint 98QBP0303 Snow Bright White

This stuff is incredible. My son accidentally put metal in the microwave, which caused a spark and chipped some of the interior paint. After that, the microwave started making a strange singing noise. I bought this paint hoping it might fix the issue, and it worked perfectly. I let it dry for 24 hours, and the noise completely disappeared. Saved me from having to replace the microwave!

works well and fixes the chipped paint in your microwave. the color is bright white and it lays down good solid color, covering a large area. the price is good but there are drawbacks. A) it has to dry for 12hrs so you have to do it before you go to bed. B) holy cow does this stuff smell. it has a large chemical smell and fills your house with it. on a good note the smell goes away once dry.

Not a good color match for some older microwave ovens. My GE Profile above range microwave is 25 years old. There were some places where the old paint was cracking, so in an effort to repair it before it starting arcing, I ordered this repair paint. While "Snow White" might be a good color match for new machines, the Snow White hue was way too bright white to even be a close match to the interior of my microwave. It's not easy to find food safe, high temperature, no oder (or at least low oder), enamel paint. I read in a blog that ERP brand, Off-White color paint was the way to go. I've searched the internet and I can't find any repair paint matching the requirements. ERP is now selling "Pearl White" color, which I tried in a spray can delivery, but that was not white enough. Based on my experience with the color of this touch-up paint (bright white) not matching my microwave's interior, I can only recommend this paint for newer model microwaves. That's because I've been led to believe their cavities are brighter white than older microwaves.

Purchased to give us a little more time with the microwave. We had a growing rust spot along the path the carousel rolled, which was causing a lot of noise during operation. A little sandpaper and a little of this paint, and that's one issue about which I need not worry.

Applied per instructions including cleaning surface needing touch up and it came off after only a few times using microwave. Also tried lightly sanding before next application. Still came off, Called ERP the mfr in St Charles IL and they said get a refund from Amazon.

When the manufacturer declined to fix the problem, it actually saved my microwave. A quick paint and it covered the exposed metal, fixing the problem. I can’t even see where we painted.

Cumple con el estándar de no ser flama le en el microondas y de no ser tóxico. Precio muy alto por tan poca cantidad. Pero no hay otra opción que cumpla con estas concisiones.
