Amazing vacuum that makes cleaning so much easier
This vacuum cleaner is absolutely worth it! It cleans floors very well and saves so much time because it vacuums and washes at the same time. The suction power is impressive, and it picks up dirt, dust, and pet hair easily. I also love how modern and easy to use it is, and the self-cleaning feature is very convenient. The battery lasts long enough for cleaning the whole house. Excellent quality and a huge help for everyday cleaning!

If I could give it 10 stars, I would!!
I recently purchased the Dreame H12 Pro wet and dry vacuum, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with it. This machine has completely changed the way I clean my hard floors. The cleaning power is seriously impressive. My floors are left looking spotless and actually feel freshly cleaned, not just wiped over. It glides smoothly across the floor and feels pretty effortless thanks to the self-propulsion feature. The self-cleaning function is another huge plus—it keeps the roller fresh and means I don’t have to deal with messy cleanup afterward. Battery life is solid for my cleaning routine. The Dreame H12 Pro is a total game-changer for hard floor cleaning. If you want something efficient, powerful, and convenient, I highly recommend it!

Disappointed with Dreame - More like a Nightmare
I’m so disappointed. Long story long: I have purchased 3 different Dreame brand hydrovacs in the last year and a half. The first one was one of the first models sold and was on the cheaper side. No fancy bells and whistles. It self cleaned and was cordless. I loved it for the year that it worked. When I purchased the second, I splurged and purchased a more expensive Dreame hydrovac that had the self drying feature and the ability to reach under furniture by having the clean water tank on top of the floor/base piece rather than on the back of the device. At the time I was thinking they’ve probably gotten better in time and also realizing you get what you pay for - the first one was cheap and this one was more expensive. A more expensive version would surely be better, right? But they work so well, even if it lasts a year, it will be worth it to me not to have to sweep and mop 2 and 3 times a week. I also read reviews and didn’t see anything alarming. UNFORTUNATELY, within 4 weeks, the more expensive model was leaking water from the clean water tank and quite literally falling apart. I contacted customer support and they sent a new clean water tank. (Customer support was very friendly, helpful, and quick. I appreciated that) HOWEVER, within another 4 weeks, the new part also began to crack and leak water. I followed all the instructions and guidelines for maintaining the device and it didn’t matter. It still fell apart. At this point, I decided to try one more time and get a cheaper option again, which is the Dreame H12 Pro. (They no longer sell the first model I purchased) The cheaper model has the clean water tank on the back of the device rather than on top of the floor piece/base of the device. The first one I purchased also had the clean water tank on the back of the device and I thought that may be what makes a difference in how well they work. I also must say, when the devices work, they work so well, which is why I tried THREE models in an attempt to find the same satisfaction as my first purchase. When they work, they make life so much easier for someone like me who is a single mom who works full time. I was hopeful the 3rd time would be the charm but almost immediately after taking it out of the box, it wouldn’t charge on the charging base. I had such a hard time getting it to charge and if it won’t charge, it also won’t self clean. It won’t do anything. I’ve finally given up the fight with this brand. I don’t have time to go back and forth with customer support every time there’s an issue. I just need the product I purchase to do what it’s supposed to do. It’s my own fault for purchasing the same brand (differing models) 3 times. The only reason I did that is because when they work, they really save so much time and clean so well. The first purchase lasted a decent amount of time for the price I paid. I thought maybe I just got a lemon with my second purchase. But the 3rd purchase was finally all the proof I needed. DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND. It hurts me to say that because I was so excited with my first purchase for the year that I used it. Ridiculously, I just purchased my FOURTH wet dry vacuum in a relatively short amount of time, and I’m praying the Kenmore brand will be reliable. It was $199 which is much less than my 2nd and 3rd Dreame purchases. If not, I guess I’ll go back to a broom, separate mop and water bucket, and a regular vacuum. Finally, in my opinion, the clean water tank being on the back of the device is more reliable than being mounted on top of the floor/base piece. IF, your device will charge at all and IF it will self clean at all. I’m not made of money. Life isn’t easy in this economic climate and it’s really stupid of me to keep buying the same brand. If you reply to this, don’t be mean to me please. Believe me, I know how stupid it is.

This Vauum cleans
I recieved my new toy, I mean.... ~~~~Dreame H12 Pro~~~~~ wet dry vacuum. I had the corded purple Bissell crosswave pro pet, I will not go into it, if you like, you can read my review on it..... Anyway, I researched these types of cleaners for close to two months before purchasing. For the price, I wanted to make sure my money was getting what I needed. I searched online, you tube, and also reviews on Amazon. I decided on this model and was happy to see it was on sale when I finally decided on which one . This cleaner is awesome. I cleaned close to 1500 Sq ft of hardwood floors in 45 minutes. I had to empty the dirty water tank twice, and that was mostly because of the animal hair/dust etc it sucked up! I have 2 dogs, and 4 cats, grand baies, 2 adults, cockatoo, plus I have long hair. (I had swept prior to using this vacuum earlier in the day). I did have to refill the clean water tank once after initial fill, I ran out short in the last room, and also, for the self clean cycle. The machine itself is quiet. It is self propelled. Which my arthritis loves. No triggers to squeeze for cleaning water, it does it. Now there will be streaks showing, but only when WET, dry, none what so ever. The edge cleaning is fantastic! Having the edge cleaning on both size vs one side as most have, it awesome. No need to chane angle or direction of the vacuum to get all the crud along the edges or corners. It does get up to the edge of the woodwork. No line to see clean and dirty floor. Some reviews said the cleaning solution was strong, I found the smell not to be. I am sensitive to smells and odors. Which second, some said there is an odor, none here, not even in the self clean cycle. You do need to clean out the dirty water tank after each use. If you do not, that will become very odorous. Personally, I just feel it's common sense to clean it out after each use. Deep clean brush by hand if really gross too. If you pay for it, you should take care of it to make your purchase last longer, perform as it should, along with not throwing the money spent out the window!!! Ok.... My test was a big flower pot full of wet dirt that my cat knocked over after he threw up a hair ball the day before it arrived. I did not try an egg, they are too expensive to waste, besides who needs an egg when you have the blessing of furbabies accidents?! The dirt was still some what wet, and it sucked it up like bread crumbs with no spewing dirt around. The present from the cat was very dry and stuck. It came up without any problem. It ramped up, as it does when it senses more of a mess, and was ok, donne with that 8n no time at all!!! Cat litter was no competition! Sucked it right up too, same as the dirt!! It even took care of a potty accident of the solid kind without any difficulty in turbo mode. It is very quiet in the cleaning mode. At 100% charge, I had 23% left when done with the floors. Another plus is, it sits up and once it is sitting upright, it runs a few seconds, then shuts off. This helps to save the charge. This vacuum does not fall over like the crosswave it, or even my cordless vacuum. Ohhhh yes, it works great on just vacuuming, that's what I used for the dirt, and turbo mode for the cat litter. I did use turbo mode for most of my floors for the extra cleaning. It pulls you, not you it!!! It also talks to you. That was strange! Tells you when the canister needs empty or filled, what mode it is in, and powering on and off. The floors feel clean to your bare feet, not sticky like some mops and cleaners do. The floors dried quickly too. I will update in a couple months to see if my wallet is not as mad that I spent this much on a vacuum. It was not a drugery to clean floors. That is a big plus! No mess, no mops, buckets, no pre-sweeping..... Being cordless is 100% favorable!!! It charged in about 3.5 hours. I love it having a dock and always being charged. No batteries to take out to charge separately! No cord to trip over, plug in, re-plug in....... This machine is not light, the self propel evens that out. It is not all plastic either. Nice construction. Very easy to put together, clean roller and replace. No struggling to take and re-place clean/dirty tanks. The size of the unit allows to get under furniture, corners etc. Also, it does not take much room for the self charger and vacuum together. No, I am not being paid for this review, nor given the unit or discount in return for a favorable review. Like I said, in a couple months I will update this! Happy Cleaning!!!

“Worth every penny
After using it for a few weeks, I am truly satisfied! The integrated vacuum-and-mop design is incredibly convenient; it eliminates the need to sweep before mopping, significantly boosting cleaning efficiency. It effortlessly handles everyday dust, stray hairs, and even greasy kitchen stains, leaving the floors feeling clean and non-sticky after mopping. The self-cleaning function works beautifully—I rarely have to manually wash the roller brush after use, making the process both hassle-free and hygienic. The hot-air drying feature also effectively prevents any unpleasant odors. The machine glides smoothly and is easy to push, requiring very little physical effort. Overall, the experience has exceeded my expectations. It is the perfect choice for any household looking to make cleaning a breeze—I’ve already recommended it to my friends! 👍

Efficient and easy to use DREAME H12 PRO vacuum mop for spotless floors
I recently started using the DREAME H12 PRO vacuum mop, and it has transformed my floor cleaning routine. This wet dry vacuum cleaner is perfect for hard floors, offering an efficient solution for tackling both wet and dry messes simultaneously. One of the standout features is its ability to vacuum and mop at the same time, saving me time and effort. The auto self cleaning function is a game changer, ensuring the device stays fresh and ready for the next use with minimal manual maintenance. Additionally, the hot air drying feature is a great touch, effectively drying the floors to prevent streaks and water spots. Its edge to edge cleaning capability ensures every corner of my floors is left spotless, which is especially useful in those hard to reach areas. The DREAME H12 PRO is incredibly easy to use, with intuitive controls ,design that makes maneuvering it a breeze. Overall, this vacuum mop has simplified cleaning and greatly improved the cleanliness of my home.

BEST thing since sliced bread!
My mom kept telling me about this mop vacuum, and after the third time she mentioned it, I was officially sold 😂. I bought it—and wow, this thing is the BEST thing since sliced bread. It was incredibly easy to assemble and even easier to use. I have a strict no-shoes policy in my house, and I mop weekly, so I thought my floors were already pretty clean. Nope. I was shocked at how dirty the water was—clearly this machine cleans way deeper than a regular mop. I love that the clean and dirty water are kept completely separate. The self-cleaning feature and brush drying are a huge plus too—it really helps eliminate odor, which is something I always worry about with other mops. One thing that truly impressed me is how well it cleans the grout. I didn’t expect such a noticeable difference, but it looks so much better now. Safe to say, I’m now the one telling everyone they need this. Highly recommend! 👏

Often Extra Work
Alright so I’ve had this vacuum for about 7 months now and I do like it, just some points about extra cleaning. Cost-wise, it’s cheaper and, on paper, it seems to have the same or better features than the popular brand from this site and major retailers. I thought this would be a great replacement, as there’s plenty of technical reviews on YouTube for this model and other generations. There’s a lot of similar vacuum types, but I’d stick with ones with higher number of reviews on here and YouTube. I purchased this kind of vacuum because I wanted it to speed up and deep clean my vinyl floors, particularly an area where I have my litter box, as sometimes there are accidents there and in the kitchen area in general. Starting off with the good, the suction is fantastic and I have no complaints about the power or size of this model. It features an auto-push function, so once powered on, it propels itself, eliminating the need for manual pushing. However, it does require a tiny bit of extra effort to pull if you want to make a second swipe at the same spot. Very easy for anyone to use who may not be able to push too hard. Though the weight may be a bit too much if you need to take it up stairs or in any scenario where you need to lift the machine. Not nearly as bad of a weight compared to something like a Dyson Ball, but with the tanks filled, you may need to use both hands to lift. The design is sleek and the overall size is compact. The battery is good for maybe 30–40 minutes on standard suction power. If you’re using ‘ultra mode’, that’ll definitely cut it down to maybe 15–20 minutes. Takes maybe 45 minutes to charge to full from a depleted battery. This model doesn’t have the ‘edge’ cleaning, but that wasn’t a big deal in my case. Manually cleaning there is better in my opinion. So why the 3 stars? Well, this is a machine that handles the hard work for you. It mops and vacuums with great deep cleaning on your floors and saves hours of work and back pain. However, this machine also needs very frequent deep cleaning itself. I have attached pictures of pieces you absolutely have to deep clean, such as the dirty water tank that may get clogged with wrapped hair (absolutely do NOT dump the dirty tank in your kitchen sink if there’s hair). The contents themselves may be flushed, which is great. However, if this tank is not correctly washed and cleaned properly after every single use (literally, every single use), then you risk using dirty water on your next cleaning session, which will stink up your floors. It may be my model, but on machine start, the dirty water tank seems to mix in with the clean water, which causes this issue. Even after a self-clean mode, the dirty tank may not be perfectly clean. In fact there’s a little ridge on the inside that may hold stuck debris. Use the provided brush to get this out. The process should be: after a cleaning session, dump the dirty water tank, ensure there’s water in the clean water tank, then run a self-clean cycle. This cycle takes about 20 minutes. Then once that’s done, you’ll need to do your manual washing, cleaning, and air drying of all removable parts. This has been the only way to prevent any random floor smells and sticky floor issues that I’ve seen mentioned in other reviews. Deep clean your deep clean machine. After the roller is self cleaned, the area on the charging base will also need to be wiped down occasionally. The other components such as the filter and the vacuum’s tank connection hole also need to be properly cleaned to prevent any random smells as well. I’ve had no issues with durability or performance at all, just need to ensure that the machine stays clean at all times. This manual process for me takes about another 15 minutes, but I feel this is needed to be said as other reviewers haven’t pointed out the need for this. Some other cons: The wheels do feel rather cheap compared to the rest of the machine, sometimes they’ll squeak. The machine is also rather loud and can be heard across the the building, especially in ultra mode. The water tank is also pretty small and requires refills often with this model. The company wants you to use the given solution to mix into the clean water tank and I recommend it. Using something like vinegar won’t work, as it’s too thick and may break your machine. If anything, I suppose you could spill your own cleaning liquid it on the floor and vacuum / mop that way. So, even though this vacuum does save a lot of heavy work and time, just be sure to factor in the time to correctly clean it as well. A simple wash and rinse may not be enough. Pretty delicate machine but still worth it.

Excelente aspiradora, buena calidad y simplicidad

Most amazing floor cleaner I've ever had
After returning two high-end mopping vacs, I gave up on robot vacuums altogether, they just don’t deliver the performance I’m looking for. The Dreame H12 Pro Wet Dry Vacuum Cleaner has exceeded my expectations for my hardwood floors, it has outperformed every robot vacuum I’ve tried. I’m impressed it comes with an additional filter and roller, plus a starter bottle of floor cleaner (none of the premium robot vacs I tried included cleaning solution). The H12 Pro tackles messes effortlessly, and the display is easy to read, showing battery life as a countdown from 100%. The self-cleaning and drying function is a feature I really appreciate, and the dual water tanks are simple to fill and rinse. Compared to other mop-vacs in its class, I found the H12 Pro to be reasonably priced without compromising on quality. My only issue is that it doesn’t work well on carpet (it struggles to move and clean effectively) but, since my entire main floor is hardwood, that’s not an issue for me. Every time I use it, I’m genuinely impressed, Dreame is becoming one of my favourite trusted brands.
