Liquid Wash
This Tech Wash was ideal for the purpose it is intended, that is to clean and safeguard the windproof properties of any garment so needed. It is ideal to hand wash but make sure you wear gloves as it makes your hands smell if you only just dip them in the solution. Well worth buying.

Nikwax Tech Wash for waterproof coats
Really good and easy to use, I need some more very soon. Keep my coat waterproof and clean! Quite expensive, but I will be buying more this time.

Excellent product
This did a superb job of washing a waterproof coat that came up looking like new. Just follow the instructions and you can’t go wrong. Enough for another wash.

Keeping it clean and fresh
This is the only brand I will use when it comes to cleaning and protecting waterproof clothing. It's great that Amazon sells this singular whereas most places sell the twin packs of clean / protect.

Worked as been advertised,easy to use
Im a dog sitter and work with large dogs, my waterproof long coat need to be washed at least twice in a season ( from november till midd of apr) . I did a amazon search for a good product to wash my coat for the 1st time . easy to follow the instruction , and coat looks really good. next wash probably in 5 months or 6, depends how wet will be the summer. the tub will be good for 2 more wash at least , all depends how offten you wash your waterproof gears.

Don't kid yourself ...
Meh. Not very effective cleaning and did NOTHING to restore 'beading' of water off my Berghaus coat. I'll try the "heat treatment" (via a tumble-drier) and see if that has some effect ... but I suspect the bottom-line is that these (expensive) Gore-Tex coats are just disposable crap - they last for a season/year, and that's your lot.
