Fantastic automatic feeder for wet food!! After changing my working base to office instead of home working there was nobody to feed my cat while I was working. Our cat sitter bill was ridiculous and I’m glad I found this. This machine is great, easy to use, not too big or bulky, and does exactly what it should. My cat only eats 3x a day, and I did want the smaller version however it was unavailable when I went to purchase however having this 5 section feeder is no bother, means I have spare sections if it’s ever needed. Definitely recommend, definitely buy it don’t sit on the fence about it!!

OK, first the negatives. I didn't realise when I bought it that this only gives 2 timed meals. The third bowl section will be eaten straight away, as its not covered. It can only be set for two times a day. On the positive side I can feed my cat every morning at 5.30 without having to get out of bed at stupid oclock- roused by scratching or my furry munchkin jumping on my head! She doesn't mind using it and moves like a flash when she hears it whirr round. It's simple to set up and clean. The battery lasts about 6 weeks and it does flash to warn you when it's low. Used with another timed feeding bowl we just about managed 2 days feed when we went away for a weekend. I'm glad I got it, its worth it just for the extra sleep time!

I purchased this automatic wet food feeder for my cat, and it’s been a great addition to our routine. The digital timer is very handy, making it easy to set up daily meals without any fuss. One of the key features I needed was a way to keep the food fresh, and the included ice pack does a decent job. During warmer weather, I wouldn’t leave the food out for more than 4 hours, but buying an extra set of ice packs to rotate has been really helpful. The tray is big enough to hold an 80g pouch and deep enough to prevent my cat from making a mess. I’ve placed mine on top of a rubber mat, which keeps it sturdy and ensures it doesn’t move around. The detachable food tray is easy to clean, which makes maintenance simple. My only suggestion for improvement would be a slightly slanted surface to make the food even more accessible for pets. Overall, for the price you pay, this feeder is an excellent option for cats on a wet food diet. Highly recommend for its convenience and thoughtful design!

I have an elderly cat who needs to be fed little and often, including during the night! Those 3am feeds were starting to bite me so I had to try this bowl! It is a very well made bowl, larger than I thought and very sturdy. It was easy to set up and is easy to keep clean. Kitty was very suspicious at first but I fed her using the open section at every meal the first day. She didn't eat the timed meal the first attempt. I decided to use the timer during the day on day two and she ate those. The second 3 am feed she ate everything. Now I know that I have 2 timed meals available so if I wanted to go out I could! The mini ice pack keeps the food fresh even though it's been really warm lately. Honestly I don't know what I would do now without it! Well worth it. It has a low battery indicator so I don't have to worry about it and it's easy to reset the timers if I need to. All in all a great purchase!

Let me start by saying I could live with out this. We had to by two at the same time and it felt like a huge outlay. But with young cats on a more frequent eating schedule, than a full grown one. As they are fans of wet food, the sealed units are brilliant abs they do eat the food even at the end of the day. This has meant we can go for a long day out, or an evening out and know they have their food at regular intervals, on their normal schedule. Once the cats are older and we can leave them over night, we know they will still keep to their eating schedule, with fresh food. It is easy to set up. Read the instructions - I may have jumped in and it took me a little longer to get it right. The freezer packs are great. The dishes go in the dishwasher, so easy to clean. The main unit is easy to wipe down. The unit is rather big, and very different from the normal food dish arrangement, but ours get on with it fine - our boy cat is a sensitive soul and struggles with change, so I try and leave a few biscuits in one of these so it smells of food and he associates it with meals. It can be a little bit noisy when the dish moves round - but I’ve noticed it does act as a call to food, so that can’t be bad. I would really recommend this if you have cats who need an early morning feed, or if you have a change to your routine but want your cats to stay on theirs.

This item is good. It serves its intended purpose and is fairly priced. Seems to function well. The bowls are well sized for a cat or a small dog. Before I let my cat near it, I tested it with my finger. It stopped rotating when it closed on my finger. So I'm confident it would not trap paws etc. It has 5 bowls so in reality it can only 'serve' 4 meals. The 5th slot is in the opening so would be the same as just putting a normal bowl of food out. I feel that is slightly misleading but I did know this prior to purchasing. The layout of the ice packs could be improved. They do not cover all of the bowls as there is an area at the back containing the motor and other electronics. I feel they could have redesigned that to put the motor and electronics at the front under the empty bowl so that the bowls containing food were fully covered by ice packs as they rotate. Update: The bowls are also quite deep, my cat seems to slightly struggle to get the food. Probably due to whiskers rubbing on the sides.

This product met all my requirements; easy to use, easy to clean and reliable for feedings of wet food at set intervals. I have a small dog with digestive issues and she requires small feedings of wet prescription dog food several times during the overnight. It has not failed to deliver during the 2 months that I have been using. The ice packs are a necessity when trying to keep the food fresh in the compartments and they stay cold for many hours. I like how easy it is to fill at night and clean up the next morning with the plastic tray where the food is kept. She has not been able to get into the covered compartments with the one piece lid and has not been able to cover it up with her crate fleece when her stomach is telling her food is a bad thing because of it's size. I do have a large sized crate and there is enough room for our 8 lb dog to lie down comfortably and for this unit to sit in the corner. This close setup also lets her know when the next compartment is being rotated so she can eat. It does make a small noise when rotating and may wake some people if used during the night in the same room. I have learned that the batteries can jar lose if for instance, it drops off of the top of the crate, where I keep it during the day. However setting it up again is simple. 5 compartments are available (1 immediate feed and 4 timed feedings.) I do not have a dog which chews and those who do may have to weigh whether their small dog would chew up the plastic lid trying to get at the food in the compartments. My dog sniffs earnestly for a few minutes trying to get at the food when I first put it in the crate and then lets it go. This feeder has saved my sanity in that I no longer have to set alarms to get up to feed her during the night. Great product at a great price. I hope the longevity of the rotating mechanism is equally as good.

Se siete tormentati dal vostro gatto che alle prime luci dell’alba vi salta sul letto, avete trovato l’oggetto che fa per voi. Avrete almeno 5 minuti di calma, più il tempo per la pennichella post prandiana. Inoltre vi permette di erogare il cibo se siete fuori casa per lavoro o impegni. La ciotola è fatta davvero bene, materiali robusti e a prova di scassinamento. Si può anche fissare ad un pannello per evitare che il gatto sposti la ciotola. Facile da programmare e da pulire. Non è proprio immediato capirne il funzionamento, avrei gradito che mettessero delle frecce per aver chiaro il senso di rotazione e anche il numero dello scompartimento a vista dentro la ciotola, ma sono finezze. Ho notato che a volte il meccanismo si sfasa, forse perché il gatto ci mette lo zampino…. e quindi il settore dello scompartimento non è ben allineato con l’apertura. Di solito basta farla ruotare per rimetterla a posto. Utile il ghiacciolo da freezer per conservare fresco il pasto, sarebbe stato utile averne anche un secondo da alternare.

Really disappointed as I bought this because I thought it would dispense all 3 meals. You can only automate 2 of the 3 meals so one of them has to be manually put in which defeats the purpose of having 3 separate slots. It was supposed to help for when I have busy days but it feels more of a hinderence.

Je l’utilise depuis 3 semaines quotidiennement pour donner un traitement médical mélangé à de la nourriture toutes les 4 heures à un gros chien. Facile à programmer, à nettoyer, pour le moment il fait son taff, mon chien a ses médicaments même quand je suis absente. L’appareil grince un peu quand le compartiment tourne et mon chien a vite assimilé ce bruit à de la nourriture. Le compartiment est suffisamment grand pour qu’il puisse lécher la compote que j’utilise comme camoufle-médocs et l’appareil est suffisamment lourd et stable pour que le chien ne le bouge pas quand il lèche énergiquement. Mon chien a bien essayé au départ de trouver un moyen d’atteindre la nourriture à coup de crocs mais le coté rond et lisse ne lui a pas permis de trouver une prise. Pour le moment, je n’ai pas eu à changer les piles. Même si c’est un peu cher pour ce que c’est, je ne regrette pas un instant cet achat qui a joué un rôle essentiel dans la nette amélioration de la santé de mon chien.
