Seller took care of me.
The wood frame warped and cracked the mirror about 4 months after purchase. I bought 2 and they both did it. Not due to humidity, I live in Arizona. It was past the waranty period but the seller was very concerned and determined that the mirrors I purchased were prior to their upgrading both wood and glass thickness so they sent a replacement. The first mirrors were bad, but I'm giving 5 stars for the manufacturer/seller and the replacement mirror.

Sturdy
Like the bamboo handle, it is much more sturdy to use than the plastic ones which I have dropped and broke two before I switched to this one.

Grossly distorted image in mirror.
Received my mirror today. Returning it tomorrow. Viewing area of mirror was grossly distorted. Held in one direction the image was very long. Held in another direction the image was very wide.

Very nice handheld mirror!
Good product. Just wish it was unbreakable glass. I haven't broke mine yet but it seems it wouldn't take much for the glass to break if you dropped it.

Greet mirror!
What a great mirror- loved the first one so much that I ended up ordering a second one for my office! Sturdy and holding up well, unlike the other plastic ones I've had. Plus, it's got a classy feel with the wood, which is light and easy to hold. Great value- and the perfect size!

Great handheld mirror
It's a lovely mirror. I did think it was slightly bigger though but that's not really an issue as it is it big enough. Lots of space on the back for personal branding
