Fantastic service, brilliant machine, fast delivery. Only criticism might be the lack of instructions in English, or indeed any European language, but the pictograms were very helpful, and after the initial brief panic, it was easy to put it together and use it. Just love it.

Excellent machine and a fraction of the cost compared to buying from a UK company. I was quoted £500 for one of these. The import tax being unknow additional cost was a concern but ended up being £12 so that was fine. It is super sharp!

Arrived damaged

My partner wanted to produce a contiuous sheet from a suitably sized, relatively hard vegetable or fruit. We tried it on a potatoe and it worked perfectly. Extemely pleased with the results. Have not tried any other veg ot fruit yet, but can imagine that it will work very well with apples, thick-bodied carrots etc.

Cool decive ... And very very sharp ... Getting the wright moves to turn the blade swiftly will ask some experience but nevertheless .. Happy (^-^) Also the contactperson in Japan was very friendly and understanding ! Immaculate service and fast delivery from Japan !

Had difficulty with cutting of some vegetables as the star shaped spindle to attach the vegetables has a small diameter which tends to shred the inside of softer vegetables. Preferred the kitchen aid sheeter.

A great bit of kit and good quality. Absolutely no issues with the distance between sender and receiver.

good stuff but little pricey. wish little cheaper. very hard plastic, durable and will last long if you take care of it. three of my friends who saw this stuff that I using, they wanted it one. told them to order your own... hehehe... thanks seller.
