I recently purchased this thermal printer, and I couldn’t be happier! The print quality is crisp and clear, and it works flawlessly with my phone, computer, and POS system. For printing the odd page, or couple of pages - it's very good. But if you need to print multiple pages together, then the print quality will fade after 5, or 6 pages. I found that I had to print a batch of 4, then wait a few minutes for the printer to 'cool down', before printing more. Another reason I withheld the last star, is that there is no paper guide, and so more often than not, the paper will go into the machine crooked, and so you get crooked copies. You can open the machine with each page, and place the paper manually, but that certainly slows things down, and it is difficult to assure that the paper won't move as you click the cover closed. All in all, if you just need a device that will print 1 or 2 pages on the run, and nothing more complicated - then this is a terrific little printer. But it will struggle with printing large amounts.

The first printer did not work properly so I returned it and got another which works perfectly. So easy to use and connect via the app. The print quality is great and in my opinion it is good value. Customer service is first class, great communication and support.

Absolute headache. Used total of 3-4 times, each time had to troubleshoot, then latest time nothing has worked. Loading the paper is a complete hassle. Really hoping someone can design a printer in this world that isn't a complete nightmare to use.

This printer is great it’s small enough to store away and when I need it I can easily and quickly print postage labels onto a4 paper

PRO Great hardware. Small compact. fine for small prints but even printed 24 page docs (in tow batches) One downsize VERY FUSSY on how its charged. You need the correct adapter - which isnt included int he box. iPhone/macbook chargers not ok. CONS Annoying clunky poorly written software - App is unprofessional. It should immediately ask me if Im BUSINESS or PERSONAL. If business the hide all the floral border crap. - limited to 10 pages per print. I had to print 24 pages had to do it in 2 batches. Sw needs fixing. - UI doesnt seem to use iOS native controls or Document pickers. Fonts are tiny - CONSTANT battery LOW messages - even when charging... add this rule IF LOW & CHARGING then NO ALERT - My phone alarm went off during printing and then print run ended early!!

I don’t do a lot of printing, so my printer cartridges in my normal hp printer were drying out by the time I got to use the printer again. Plus storing the printer away was a real pain. This has solved the problem perfectly, setup was easy, storage is easy, the print quality is perfect. A great investment

As a regular commuter and solo entrepreneur, I have a small home office and had a few other brand inkjet and big thermal printer in the past. They all broke or replacement cartridges are awfully expensive. So decided to ditch all my printers and invest in a compact thermal such as this one. My office has pink colour theme and this pink compact thermal printer is really cute and matches the colour scheme. By side this, it’s lightweight and I can take it with me whilst working away from home. This thermal printer is lightweight and a life saver if i need to print anything urgently both at home and away from home. Just download the phomemo app and connect with your PDF or images. Prints are clear and crisp and I can’t ask for a better compact thermal printer as this one. My only criticism is that it does get a bit noisy during the printing process and you have to purchase special thermal printer. Otherwise i think this printer is portable and effective enough for daily use. Love this purchase!

Printer does not print. at all I connect ed to laptop and used printing paper comes wiz printer and installed it's program it's site and it takes paper but no print blank paper

Been using this consistently for over a year and not a problem with it, the battery life is great and all the lines come out perfectly

Das Teil ist klein und recht leicht. Ich würde sagen, ungefähr so breit wie ein Smartphone, so lang, wie zwei Smartphones hintereinander und drei Smartphones übereinander. So kann man das bequem in einer Tasche oder einem Rucksack überall hin mitnehmen. Das Design ist auch schön. Sieht irgendwie gar nicht aus, wie ein Drucker. Das Gerät ist ein sogenannter Thermodrucker und man braucht dafür ein spezielles Phomemo Papier. Das bedeutet, dass das zu druckende mittels Wärme auf dieses spezielle Thermo-Transfer-Papier übertragen wird. Das geht also nicht mit herkömmlichem Papier. Im der Lieferung sind ein paar Blatt dieses Spezialpapiers dabei gewesen. Wer den Drucker öfters brauchen wird, sollte sich also das Papier, welches hier auf Amazon erhältlich ist, dazubestellen. Das mag einerseits als Nachteil herüberkommen, hat andererseits aber auch den Vorteil, dass man hier keine Druckerpatronen, bzw. Toner benötigt. Zur Datenübertragung bzw. zum Drucken braucht verwendet man Bluetooth oder USB-Kabel und eine App und man kann das so mit einem Smartphone oder Tablet verbinden. Den Drucker kann man über USB aufladen. Es ist aber kein Netzteil im Lieferumfang enthalten. Das ist mir egal, ich habe inzwischen genügend Slots, wo ich das einstecken kann. Das Teil erinnert von der Technik her an ein Faxgerät aus alten Zeiten. Man kann damit natürlich nur schwarzweiß drucken und dementsprechend ist auch die Druckzeit. Ich würde den Drucker also eher für Textdokumente verwenden. Die Einrichtung klappt auf dem Mobiltelefon wie auch auf dem PC problemlos. Mit der App fürs Smartphone kommt man gut zurecht. Ein Aufbewahrungsbeutel ist auch dabei. Und auch eine deutschsprachige Bedienungsanleitung. Dazu bekommt man zwei USB-Kabel (1x USB-A weiblich/USB-C männlich, 1x USB-A männlich/USB-C männlich). Wer eine mobile Lösung braucht oder wenig Platz hat, für den ist das eine gute Lösung. Für Geschäftsleute, Studenten oder auch für Home-Officeleute ist das doch keine schlechte Idee, so ein Drucker. Ich finde das Ding doch ziemlich gut.
