Smooth all lumps & bumps out perfectly & make a big difference to my flabby pot belly giving me the confidence to wear several slim fit old favourites I was on the verge of giving to the charity shop again. Comfortable enough to wear all day even when eating out. However, top does roll down making serruptitious adjustments necessary which is a real nuisance when wearing tighter tops. Also need to pull them down to wee although do find this reasonably quick & easy. Despite problems still really love my spanx.
