This was a perfect replacement for my Dyson V7 Motörhead cordless vac at a good price. Recommend.

Strips not exact fit to A11 but close enough to work. ThIs wheels & shaft do not fit for A11.

Using these parts did make a positive difference in cleaning ability of my Dyson stick vacuum. However the adhesive on some of the felt strips didn’t hold very well and fell off even after cleaning with alcohol.

I expected pre-cut strips that would fit the grooves properly. This kit contains three strips - 1 full length, and same size strip cut in half. The long strip is too short to replace the bottom strip on the V7 Animal, so you need to cut one of the short strips to complete the replacement. You also have to cut 4 small pieces to fit other bottom recesses. There is not nearly enough material to replace the strip in the front. The replacement wheels seem to be OK.

We have had a Dyson V6 for about 6 years or so and the wheels and pads on the Motorhead were worn out. My wife thought we should buy another newer model. However, for about $20 and an hour of my time, it Is now as good as new and she is happy! There is a video that I watched on the product listing and it made the process a quick and easy job. I could do another one in 10 minutes now that I know how to do it. Highly recommended.

Felt strips removed easily. Super glued them & I expect them to hold fine. The wheels are hard plastic; the original wheels have a rubber ‘tire’ on small plastic ‘rims’…these do not rotate easily, i.e., they are worthless. The axles are too long; they must be cut if you cannot preserve the originals.

The plush strips are easy to replace. I had problems with the wheels so I left them in.

Well this is a mixed bag. I have a V8 and first of all these wheels are far too small (radius), the axle hole is also far too small for the original axle. And trying to use the axles they provide is useless because it is too thin to snap and hold in place. So the statement that these are the perfect replacement for Dyson plate wheels is far from the truth. After having to drill them out to fit the origianal axles, when installed they do not even touch the floor. So they really are serving no purpose. The felt plush strips looked to be perfect replacements, but after one brief (10 minute) use, they are almost completely worn through in the two major pressure points, and will probably glide for one additional use until they need replacing again. So while I was incredibly hopeful that this product would be able to extend the life of my 11 year old vacuum's head, I believe I need to go back to Dyson and get one of their replacement heads. Yikes! I cannot even imagine the cost of that.
