Using it more than 7 months no issues all good quality is good worth the money

Very comfortable...

I have notnregretted buying these chairs! They are durable, easy to clean and use. The adjustable back supper is also very needed and it feels comfortable sitting for long hours for studies!

- Assembly done by technician ended up damaging the product. Had to re-order again. - Quite difficult to assemble. For e.g. screws and their respective holes do not match properly. - Harassed by company to leave a review. - Hand rest color wears off.

Product is good. Here are some things i observed that u should consider while buying 1. alignment of all screw holes is not upto mark. assembling the lower part is very easy, but fixing the back rest all by urself is a big task. 2. screws to backrest for my piece is not good. not aligned properly and therefore jugaad is making sqeeking sounds 3. round shape of hand rest can be pretty painful for ur legs if u have the habit of sitting on this type of chair with folded legs. if that's the case try to buy the one with T shape handrest 4. comfort when kt comes to backrest is very good. good design. no complaints 5. overall i won't say this is a bad product. it's a good product with some cons. but not completely disappointed. therefore 3 stars

Not bad but difficult setup and shaky

The product developed damage in the same place on two separate occasions during use. The company replaced it at no cost each time and handled the process efficiently, but the recurring issue indicates that durability in that area may need improvement. However, the after sales service was excellent.
