Great lightbulbs
These lightbulbs were replacements for a set of Barrina pendant lights. They work great! They fit perfectly, no hassle and the light level even seems a little stronger than what was there before. Some cuttings that had done nothing have now sprouted new growth.

Very bright and plants love it!
Extremely bright and plants absolutely love it. If you can see the light during day, it is impressive. Plants are thriving and will buy again. Looks amazing on our light as well as it is screwon so easy to install. Gets a little bit hot but nothing abnormal.

Bright!!
These bulbs are bright!! Haven't had them long enough to evaluate the results for growing. Great product and so far they have been on long hours without a problem.

So far, my plants have been responding well to this bright light
So far, my plants have been responding well to this bright light. And it it definitely BRIGHT. Since I had to put it into a small gooseneck desk lamp, I did need a socket extender, but I had a couple of inexpensive ones I'd gotten on Amazon, so it's all working beautifully together, and since the plants seem to be doing well with it, I'm pleased.

So Far So Good, Great Coverage and Bright Output
I purchased this Sansi 24W 200W equivalent BR30 grow light to replace a newer Sansi bulb I had first tried that was standard bulb sized and provided very limited coverage. I returned that one and ordered this instead and it has been a much better choice. This bulb provides wide, even coverage and seems higher quality despite being higher wattage and costing less. I use it for four plants on a windowsill including two succulents, basil, and a propagated baby spider plant, and it is more than enough light for all of them. I could easily add a couple more small pots. I use it in a plug in pendant light rated for the wattage. I initially tried a grow bulb in a desk lamp that was not rated high enough and the bulb became hot to the touch, which is a safety concern. The max wattage was clearly labeled on the lamp, so that part was on me, but it is worth mentioning so others pay attention to fixture ratings. I have had much better results with Sansi’s white LED grow lights compared to colored red and blue grow lights I have used in the past. Both Sansi bulbs performed well, but I prefer the wider coverage of this BR30 style. No flickering so far. I have only owned it for about seven weeks, so I cannot speak to long term lifespan yet, but I will update if anything changes.

No flicker, Quality driver. I disassembled it so you don't have to.
The light has no visible flicker if you are sensitive to that. The driver is a quality constant current model and is even conformal coated - enhancing the water resistance factor. The LED chips are mounted to a ceramic disc which in turn is attached to an aluminum disc that is press fit against the outside casing - also aluminum. This cools the LEDs reasonably well but the driver is left uncooled which is unfortunately common. I decided to remedy this and was able to disassemble the bulb by prying the plastic lens cover off and then prying the aluminum disc out. The driver was then exposed though it could not be removed without desoldering the 120v leads. I replaced the driver's RS1 2 ohm sense resistor with a 2.2 ohm, dropping the wattage down to ~18 watts. It runs very cool now and should last longer.

For most grow lights, their blue light and red light ratio is about 1:3, while this SANSI 250W equivalent LED bulb’s blue/red ratio is as high as about 1:2, it provides a full spectrum with a significant proportion of blue wavelengths. Blue lights (400-500nm) are essential for regulating plant growth by suppressing stem extension, resulting in shorter, thicker, sturdy plants; while red lights (635-700nm) are essential for photosynthesis, flowering and fruiting. Most of my plants are non-flowering slow grow succulents. My key points are keeping my plants compact with minimum stretching. This grow light bulb with blue-heavy spectrum is perfect to meet my needs.
