I actually gained 3 pounds in 1 month using this. I was at 199lbs. Today 202. This is crap. I was 199 and below for a whole year. Do not purchase. Oooh. I also jog 5 miles a week

I bought these and then read, too late, that they are SO powerful at slowing digestion that they really shouldn't be used if you're on a GLP-1 medication. They do fill you up, even just taking one with a tall glass of water, 3X per day. I gave them to a friend who isn't on a GLP-1 and she says they fill her up, too. However, while they would be good for weight loss, they do nothing to help your gut. So I prefer to take psyllium husk which not only helps with weight loss but also is good for the gut. However, I will say that while these pills are fairly large, you can glug them down one at a time (unless you are someone who has problems swallowing pills). They are tasteless.
