Mine came damaged but the customer service was good but not 24 hours. There is delay between time zones, I got one email a day with the time difference so it took a few days to get things handled but they stood by the product and got things worked out with me. This thing cools to 33° which is awesome, many fridges cool to just 40°. Good space and adjustable racks, nice for arranging bottles and cans as you want them. For the price it's a great little fridge. Things I'd like to see, moveable door hinge which I didn't realize it didn't have until after, comes with right side hinge only. Thermostat is a 7 level dial and getting a precise temp isn't possible. Stuff freezes at the lowest setting and trying to get to 38° has not happened, I'm 34°or 40°, can't see to get in between, a digital thermostadt would be helpful.
