No, the Twin size Deluxe Murphy frame is designed to fit just a standard Twin 38" x 75" mattress.

What is the minimum depth from the wall when vertical? I realize it will depend on the mattress depth, but without a mattress.

The minimum required depth is 16" which will fit a 12" mattress.

What diameter screws should be used to secure the frame to the floor?

The screws are included, and you can choose whether or not you want to mount it to the wall or to the floor. Since we have cement under our plank flooring we chose to mount it to the wall and it's perfect. It has been in continuous usage for about three months and gets brought down approximately three times a week. There is still no looseness in the bolts attached to the wall.
