I am very happy with this food scale. Because I weigh the ingredients for each meal to make sure I'm staying on track with my fitness and health goals, I use the scale multiple times a day. Main positives: - Bright color screen with large numbers - Easy unit changing with a front button - Wide range of units (g, fl oz, ml, lb oz) - Useful fitted bowl that is easily cleaned and swivels so that it doesn't block the screen - Easily cleaned weighing surface on the unit itself For years I had been using a scale that awkwardly had the unit switch on the bottom, had a dim monochrome display, and only had g and oz as units. This scale is a gigantic upgrade for me and makes my time in the kitchen much easier. - Using ml, I can now more easily measure things like salad dressings and drink mixes. - The bright display makes measuring more flexible in the morning and evening when I don't want to turn all of the lights on. - I used to have specific bowls I would use to pour ingredients into, but the included fitted bowl is perfect for that and is a more stable pouring surface while being super easy to clean. It's a rectanglur shape but with wide curves so it's easy to clean after each use with a scrub brush so you won't need to use the dishwasher for it unless you want to. - The weighing surface on the scale is also inset a little so things like veggies won't roll off. - I've found it to be accurate: I can easily be specific to the gram or ml when pouring things like liquid egg whites, salad dressings, drink mixes, etc. A lot of thought obviously went into this scale and it has a lot of little quality of life features that make it very useful. For full disclosure, I received this scale for free as part of a promotion. But I wouldn't hesitate to buy it and fully recommend it. It's very affordable and the features are exactly what I need for a tool that I use multiple times every day. My wife noticed the brand and we realized we also have a body weight scale and a baby scale from the same company. We're very happy with those as well and I use the body weight scale daily.

Pros: - the shape with the raised platform means you can still read it with a large bowl or plate on top - accurate and consistent - easy to use and readable screen Cons: - the touch buttons are finicky when wet. I wish it was just a normal button - the included battery died within 2 months so order some better ones

This is exactly what I was looking for. The battery life appears good (It's been over a year and it's still going), the scale is lightweight, and easy to store. The readings are stable and consistent, and it's cute and unimposing.

This came packaged very well, even had a welcome card to explain how each purchase gives back. I got the one with the bowl and I am glad I did. The bowl is very nice and the scale is really great quality considering the inexpensive price tag, I was very impressed. One of my better purchases this year by far. I was so sick of trying to weigh out my Hamburg from the grocery store on a stupid little cheap plastic scale and having the little bowl or whatever I could find to get a measurement just to have it tip over. I'm sure that thing never gave me exact weight. I have been looking for a long time for one, but they either didn't have one in the store or it was the little ones that are useless. This is so easy to use and the numbers are so big, great for someone who has a hard time seeing, like me, even with glasses. It has a five year warranty so you can't go wrong. You won't regret this purchase! FYI...it stores very nicely. Very slender so it doesn't take up any room. I store mine in the original box it came in, so it won't get bumped or scratched. LOVE IT!!!!

Great product! Easy to store, comes with nice tray for items being weighted, easy to read numbers. I have had this for awhile, I still use it almost daily and have not had to replace the batteries.

From the easy-to-open recyclable packaging to the ease of registering for the 5-year warranty, Greater Goods delivers again. I got this scale to replace what I suspected to be an inaccurate "no-name" scale of about the same size (footprint) and it joins my small GG pocket scale. I've weighed items on the old scale, the new GG one and the GG pocket scale. The two GG scales read the same weight, and the old one was off by a bit so I'm assuming the two GGs are accurate. The display is large and easy to read. Touch lightly to turn on, select unit of measure and tare; longer touch to turn off. The bowl is handy, especially for dry measurements, and upside down covers the scale when not in use. I bought this scale and received a manufacturer's rebate for answering some research questions about it. I have purchased several GG products in the past, all of which are still in use and performing well. I also appreciate that the company stands behind its products and partners with charities to make lives better.
