This is a great book for starting to bake with veg. Each recipe has a short description of the main veg used and what it has to offer the recipe as well as tips on what the flavours go well with. A beautiful book with easy to use layout. A full page appealing photograph in colour to accompany each recipe. Clearly listed ingredients and clearly laid out instructions. An exciting use of vegetables, especially as I also love to grow them. Really looking forward to trying the huge range recipes, as I can’t see one that doesn’t appeal. Thank you.
