Hi there, Why does this code 81L5E differ from the bisselldirect website 1089E even thought both products are called 'wash&protect professional' ?

don't know about the different code, but it may be more concentrated so take care with the ratio of water to cleaning liquid

The Bissell wash and protect does seem to do what it says. I have done my living room carpet twice and it does a good job.
