The key for me when purchasing this item was that it should be able to fold away under the bed, and also be flexible enough to allow me to work out with dumbbells and also decline sit ups. I've had issues with other benches in the past on these points, with either folding up really not working, or the item being too flimsy. I wasn't even concerned about putting it together, but I was very pleasantly surprised. When the box arrived I was was expecting to spend the usual hour putting it together before seeing if it would fold up easily or not. To my surprise what slid out of the box was an already constructed bench, compact enough to fit in the standard box as is. No effort needed on my part, I simply unfolded it and plugged in the three positioners, and foam leg rest. Done. I'm very impressed, for the money it feels very well constructed and sturdy, it's very flexible with the range of adjustments it is capable of, and on top of that folds away very neatly and compact simply sliding under the bed when done. Would definitely recommend. Note, the square framed bench now in the pic is not the one I bought, the one I bought was a triangular framed bench, which allows for decline sit ups.

It a good bench overall definitely worth the money... Easy to assemble although one part of instructions was missing and were labeled wrong but still I managed to put it together after that its a good bennch

I bought this adjustable bench because I need to fix my scapula and all those back problems associated with it. I got next day delivery, no prob with packaging, no scratches etc., it is wobbly, after all it's not a solid one, I'm about 5' 3'' and 50kg, so it's stable enough for me, I feel supported using it on the incline, but I don't do heavy dumbbells and due to my shoulder problems I can't do overhead exercises, I am very happy with my purchase.

I find the bench to be just what I need, as in other reviews I found that the instructions were not very good but using them and also using the pictures on Amazon provided by the seller I managed to put it together eventually, without injuring myself. I have used it twice so far for sit ups, bench press, dumbbell rows and Tricep kickbacks. It is not incredibly stable but it does the job for me. It is lighter and smaller than advertised.

Unfortunately there was impact damage to the packaging causing paint loss and part of the metal to be bent out of shape [I did photograph this]. This item is robust as it needs to be so a lot of force must have happened. Tape around the area of impact causes me to think this could have happened at an earlier time!! Also it arrived a day early so I was not in. The driver left it at my front door in full view of a main road; not happy! The bench is sturdy and comfortable on my back which I need, reasonably easy to set up despite the usual awful instruction leaflet enclosed with any DIY setup.

Worlds worst weight bench! Do not use unless you want to get an injury! Used it once and it collapsed while holding 100 kg of weight pulling shoulder out. Can not stress enough how bad this bench is! It will not hold the weight permitted in listing and if you press on the wrong spot or fold up on its self

Easy to pit together. Does the job.

The product itself is sturdy and seems to be well made and worth the price. The instruction manual is useless as it doesn’t actually tell you how to assemble and the pictures aren’t very clear although it isn’t that difficult to put together, all you will need is some common sense.
