Exceptional Coverage Meets Stunning Speed: The Orbi Router and Satellite System Review
Having experimented with multiple Wi-Fi systems in an exhaustive quest for flawless internet access, I can confidently affirm that the Orbi router and satellite system has effortlessly seized my uttermost preference. This system is a remarkably innovative product from Netgear that garners a flawless 10/10 rating from me, convincingly dazzling with its impressive features and powerful performance. The installation process is absolutely breezy, even for non-tech savvy users. Detailed, step-by-step instructions on the accompanying Orbi app made the setup a walk in the park, and I was up and running with astonishing speed. It's truly a plug-and-play affair. In terms of coverage, the Orbi router and satellite system emerges as the unrivalled champion. My previously unreachable corners shrouded in Wi-Fi dead zones are now lit up impressively, thanks to the pervasive coverage of this system. Whether it's the basement or the backyard, every inch of my house now enjoys consistent, high-speed internet. What's laudable is the Orbi system's robust speed. Its Tri-band technology ensures that my internet access is not just supremely fast, but incredibly reliable too. Even with multiple devices connected simultaneously, there's no remarkable downgrade in the speed - a refreshing experience indeed. The product’s design also merits applause. The sleek, modern look of the units not only fits seamlessly into any decor, but also subtly hints at the advanced technology housed within. The added feature of Ethernet ports on both the router and satellite provides flexibility for wired connectivity, yet another feature that sets Orbi apart from many of its counterparts. Security is well-covered too, with Netgear Armor providing robust cybersecurity for all connected devices. Real-time protection against cyber threats like viruses, malware, and data thefts makes me all the more confident in the system. Customer support is yet another tenet this company excels in. From clarifying setup-related queries to resolving technical glitches, their prompt and professional customer service has never failed to impress. In conclusion, the Orbi router and satellite system stands as testimony to Netgear’s capabilities in providing unparalleled Wi-Fi solutions. It's a shining example of exceptional tech that marries style with substance and manages to deliver a stellar Wi-Fi environment to satisfy even the most demanding user. If you're hunting for a robust, reliable, and capable home Wi-Fi system, then your search ends with Orbi.

This product delivers blazing fast wifi through your whole house with no dead spots
I was somewhat hesitant to purchase this product because of the price. Our house has sprayfoam insulation making wiring access points near impossible. Our house is also three stories and 3,000 square feet. Our old mesh system had a plethora of issues, dropped signals, bandwidth interference, low wifi speeds, always needing a reboot. Working from home became a challenge. Once I got this system up and running we haven't had an issue since. With our gig internet connection wifi speeds are a degree of magnitude faster than before with no dead spots. Our zoom calls no longer drop, people can be streaming, downloading, transferring files with no issues. I'm seriously impressed. App is easy and intuitive to use, and setting the system up was a snap. The broadcast range on these units are impressive. We have one unit plugged in on the bottom floor, and one unit on the top. Getting some peace of mind working from home makes these units worth the price.

Most difficult WiFi unit set up, install and update.
I have been setting up networks for 30 years and thought I wanted to try this unit because of all the claims that is was the best. I was upgrading from a Amplyfi unit which I had been pleased with, but was expanding my coverage and had read great things about the new Orbi 9600. Set up went fairly easily but the ethernet ports on the unit were not active. They would give an IP, but not connectivity. A after lots of reading and a firmware upgrade, the ports started working, but the WiFi was incredibly slow. After a bunch more reading it was suggested to do a hard reset. At this point I was pretty put out with what is one of the most expensive WiFi Apps around and learning that after a firmware update you have to hard reset the unit. But I did and the WiFi was fast again. But the ports quit working again. If I had not waiting so long after purchase to set this up, I would have returned this unit at this point. The app for this unit has very few of the features available and after more reading I decided to access the unit with a browser. Many more features offered here. While neither the app or the web browser access said there were any more firmware updates, the website did so I followed the instructions to do a manual firmware upgrade. At this point I concluded this was the most difficult WiFi AP I have ever set up. Especially since after updating the firmware it locked my laptop out of the Router. No more browser access. I had to use a mobile device to login with a browser, allow access to the dozen or so devices that it randomly decided to disallow access and reboot the unit. This final firmware update did resolve the port connectivity issue and the WiFi is fast again. Updateing the firmware in the satellite unit was equally as difficult, having to access the unit independently via a browser. There is no way I can recommend this unit to anyone who is not very technically included and patient. I cannot believe any home users can plug and play with this unit. It is incredibly expensive so you would expect it to be intuitive and simple to use, but it is not. By far, the most difficult unit to setup and use. I would not buy this again. Would even sell it if someone wants it. Frustrated I paid so much for it.

Huge money saver (edit spelling)
Switching from a $750 monthly WiFi bill for my business to a single network solution was a game-changer. The old router was clearly subpar, but the Orbi effortlessly manages my customers’ needs, especially for my brewery/restaurant with self-serve QR codes. WiFi is vital to my business, and this router has consistently delivered reliability and blazing speed. My speeds went from 400mbps to over 1100mbps, a level I didn’t think was achievable. Setting it up was a breeze, thanks in part to hardwiring the satellites to the router. I replaced my old router and modem with the Orbi, followed the app’s straightforward setup, and it was well worth the investment.

excellent coverage and easy to set up
Only complaint is the cost. There are much cheaper options but this actually works great.

Kindness and your fairness
I like the Quad that I bought, because it’s number 1 On the market today, except for the newer Quad that came out recently, it’s called Quad WiFi 7, because it is capable of k7 which we are years away from getting 8k video on our television so I think that I’ll Stay with the Quad that I have now, I am very happy with it, it’s net gear 6 and it’s can handle 200 devices connected to it, my old one was furnished by my fiber optic cable supplier, they are good people and didn’t require me to stay with their WiFi box, it was not very reliable, so I believe they realize that, but amazon has been very helpful, reliable, and honest with me, I know that they are dominating the industry with their sales, it has caused quite a lot of Companies to challenge them in court and congress, but the people that I have dealt with are very helpful people, and they go out of their way to help me, and they listen to me when I have a complaint and will refund my money, and if my issues is about one of their sellers, and turns out to be a fraud and if I can prove it, and they can verify it, by checking it out, they will take the item off their site, so they don’t intend to cheat people at all ! Thank you to all the people who work in sales and marketing and management for your fairness and all your help, and thanks for being so kind with me, your patience is much appreciated! I look forward to doing more business with you, bye now: Gregory Howard from Kentucky, feel free to share this with anyone, even the owner,”Mr Jeff Bezo even though he’s not CEO anymore after 2021.

Better than the Google Nest products
I had the google nest wifi mesh system (2 pack). Our apartment is small (600 sqft) and we had the 2nd node in the bedroom and it would fail to either add a new device to the mesh or if the node failed the other base node didnt pick up the device. Once that bedroom node failed it was nearly impossible to get a wifi signal from the base node (livingroom). I had the entire system replace with the 6E Orbi and has been working successfully without issues. The Orbi nodes are a lot larger than that of the Google mesh but I now have a strong wifi signal in the bedroom. Highly recommend.
