I love it, have been using one of these my when professional career. I have broken many low quality pasta rollers due to the dough I use. But this one stands up to it.

Get it ,if you can afford it.

One of the best pasta rollers, but you knew that. I haven't seen one that deserves 5/5 on ease of use and cleaning, sort of comes with the territory. Read the manual to see restrictions on cleaning. The threads on the clamp are too thin compared to the force that can be applied, and were cut rather rough (had to grease the threads). The dough tray works well enough, but doesn't seat perfectly - one end is always slightly ajar. I may not affect performance much, but I would have put the wood handle on a pair of sealed bearings, and the handle would be more secure if it was held in place the way a socket wrench attaches to a socket.

Great piece of equipment it works well and no issues at all.

開けてみたら、底の滑り止めが四つの内一つは外れており、二つは緩んでました。外れていたものと緩んでいた片方は隙間からなんとか指をのばして、ボルトとネジを止めましたが、もう片方は周りに隙間がないので、解体しないとボルトの緩みを直せません。高い買い物をしたのに、最初からほんとにガッカリしました。

If you only ever buy one pasta maker buy this one. Commercial quality that will last. Yes it's really expensive but I can only say you get what you pay for and you don't need all the accessories those cheap little machines come with anyway.
