Sony Mobile Multi Compatible Long Lasting Quick Charger - Black

I actually bought this as a replacement for one of my other chargers which was messing about a bit, and I have to say, I'm really glad the old one stopped working properly because this is much better. It charges much faster than the standard chargers. From personal experience, I can tell you that it charges roughly around one percent per minute - sometimes a little faster and sometimes a little slower. It is especially useful for those days when you need to charge your phone a bit before leaving the house in a rush as it'll actually give you a decent amount whereas a standard charger might give you one percent which goes as soon as you pick up your phone and the screen comes on (this has happened to me too many times). I bought myself the white charger so I can tell the difference between the fast charger and my remaining working standard one which is black. I would definitely recommend the white one as it looks brilliant - much nicer than the black.

I bought this along with an Anker USB cable to power my Sega Game Gear with a Retro Six Clean Power GG usb C board mod. The adaptor powers my console with ease and I love the fact that the earth pin can be pushed down for easier storage, I know that my use case is pretty unusual but this Sony plug is perfect for the job :)

Bought this for my Sony Xperia L1, which charged slowly on the charger that came in the box with it. after getting this (along with another cable) that hasn't been an issue, charged my L1 much faster. Recently upgraded to an L3 and I'm still happily using this charger Middle prong of the plug is plastic, and not as sturdy as I'd like. Often bending slightly or wobbling at the slightest tug, no big deal so far, but I'm just hoping it doesn't break over time.

Does what it says it does charges a phone

Very good

This is a reasonable product but is not a rapid charger. Build quality is good and it is competitively priced. However charging times are comparable to the standard charger that was provided with my mobile.

I have had this for a long time now. It really does charge very fast. I use it primarily for my Xperia phone (previously Xperia Z, now X). I still use a normal charger (the ones that come with the phones) but keep this near my desk for getting a quick boost. It is also good for other devices such as Kindle Fire. Like another reviewer, I bought it in white to distinguish from other Sony chargers (which I have a few because I have been using Sony phones for a long time now and keep them as opposed to chargers received with other micro USB items as the plugs are very compact).

Excellent charger, my Xperia Z4 now charges in no time at all, and keeps it's full change whilst plugged in and in use, unlike when I was using the original charging unit that came with it. My only gripe is that Sony skimped by not including this with the £400 Z4 Tablet, how unbelievably petty. Shame on you Sony, I expect better from such a classy company.
