However they were dark beige at best and nothing even resembling Walnut shade of any kind. I had a walnut table i needed to match the colour too. I adked AI to advise on the best wood stain to use. I had 3 options of wood stain and chose the first one. I told my AI app where i bought the table and the name etc and it helped to select the perfect walnut wood stain. The panels were very easy to sand and stain and we chose to screw the panels instead of gluing them as our walls are not straight... the room is not yet finished but the panels look amazing. They are good quality and delivery was reliable. Ive since ordered a few more as I love them so much... Review: Great Product - I ordered these panels as part of a room makeover, the quality of them is brilliant, the colour is a lovely lighter shade of black and they were easy to install, good value for money. I would just like to say we did have issues with delivery being late due to the courier. I had to chase the buyer a couple of times to see if they could assist and they did help the best they could- even offering a partial refund which was very generous. You could probably cut a channel into the back of them quite easily with a knife, but the backing is stiff, not foamy. They are really nice though and really deaden the sound.
