I really like this company, to me they are a high quality company. These are easy to take, and yummy as well. I will continue to order these. I do make turmeric milk but sometimes I just don't have the time, so these are perfect for me. They do not upset my stomach, and they do help some with the inflammation and pain. It is not as fast working as prescription pain meds, but there are less side effects...so that is a win.
