I use this to roast chicken in my oven. If you use a roasting pan or something like that it takes 70 minutes to roast a chicken. With this, it takes only 50 minutes (190 deg C, fan). And, you do not have to turn the chicken over during roasting to baste it and roast it evenly on all sides. I just coat the chicken with some oil, add salt and pepper on the oil and put some herbs on the inside of the chicken for more flavour. When the chicken comes out of the oven it looks as good if not better than roasted chicken bought at a store and tastes better as I flavour it to my taste. Bonus: collects all the juices at the bottom to make a gravy if I like and it is easy to clean the non-stick coating which so far wears very, very well. I lightly clean it in the sink and then throw it in the dishwasher. Oven roasting made easy.

Marvellous little gadget, chicken roasts lovely and so much quicker. Its a bonus to be able to have crispy skin all over the bird. The wire supports are a little difficult to clean and after using it a few times they have started to show spots of rust. Covered them in foil the next time used it just to be sure and ordered the stainless steel one.

Okay, a chicken cooking rack, well made, works fine, have been told that after several uses & washes the carbon cover is likely to crack & rust, so far, all is well with no problems, only time will tell!!!! As for the chicken - it cooks very well indeed, nice and even all around.

Great quality roaster, glad to have bought instead of the diy beer can roast we were having before. Sturdy design that is easy to take apart for washing up. Chicken sits on top firmly and juices collect in tray underneath. Do yourself a favour and forget the beer can!

I mean c'mon!!! charging £10 for a metallic plate and a couple of pre-formed wires? seriously now? Anyways if you're an complete idiot like me who has to try everything in search of the perfect roast chicken, then this works well, cooks the chicken thoroughly. Just follow these steps: 1. Rinse your chicken in warm water 2. Impale it on this stand 3. Marinate it (as you fancy, I use olive oil, mild American mustard, thyme salt and a BBQ ready made mix) 4. bake for 1hr at 150 degrees Celsius (with air), then for another 40 mins at 180 degrees with air 5. Take out of the oven and let stand for 30 min Now that youknow how to do it go spend your tenner

Works, but coating is peeling after 6 months and around 12 uses just in the oven. Only been hand washed, never in the dishwasher. Looking for a new, better quality one now.

El producto super bien, hemos hecho un pollo en el fuego a tierra de 1.800kg. Ha quedado espectacular ! Lo recomiendo. Al horno no lo he probado todavía pero seguro que igual de bien.

E' appena arrivato ma già dall'imballaggio si percepisce che è un articolo curato. Pezzi separati, ognuno dentro ai sacchetti di nylon protettivi, alla vista ed al tatto materiali di qualità. Lo proverò ma sembra proprio un buon prodotto. Consigliato anche per rapporto qualità-prezzo. Amazon che dire? Sappiamo la sua efficienza nella stragrande maggioranza dei casi e anche questa volta non si è smentita.

Permet de rôtir le poulet en laissant la graisse s'écouler dans le réceptacle, ce qui le rend croustillant de manière uniforme. Veiller à glisser les pattes dans la coupelle , afin d'éviter que la graisse ne coule à l'extérieur de celle-ci.

Cette petite rôtissoire est très bien. Dans rôtissoire, entendez : on place le poulet dessus, en position verticale, et les graisses et le jus coulent dans le petit plat en dessous. C'est facile à installer, puis à laver et enfin facile à ranger. Facile quoi !
