for 1 device mode (getting 64w max from type c port, do you have to remove the cables even if the other 2 cables are not plugged into anything?

Hi, This depends on whether your charging cable with a chip, if you insert the Apple charging cable with a chip will affect your maximum output power of 65W USB C Charger. Conversely, if your charging cable does not have any chip, it will not affect the power output of the USB-C port Hope it helps.

Hi, Yes, this USB C Charger support PPS, PPS：3.3-21V/3A. It is recommended to use the C1/C2 port charger, a maximum of 65W. Hope this help.
