This product is a really nice quality and has held up well over the past 2 years. Nice quality screen and sound. The steps to get the video(s) uploaded are very easy and the instructions to do so are well detailed. Would highly recommend

This video book was an adorable gift idea for my sister-in-law. It was easy to load a video on the book and very easy to assemble. The quality of the book was somewhat lacking, it is obviously a cheaper version of a more expensive item but considering the price the quality was reasonable. The sound was loud and clear as well as a clear image.

I'm very tech savy and computer literate, yet this was the most difficult video book I've ever used. I tried several times to upload and was unsuccessful. I left emails with tech support, to no avail. This was unfortunately a wedding present, that never made the cut. I eventually had to return it and purchase another gift. I was very upset they didn't take time to respond. I don't recommend it!

I am in love with this product! My boyfriend just lost his mom a few months ago in another country. His sister had a video of her wishing my boyfriend a happy birthday last year. For some reason she didn't sent that video to him. She sent me the video to me about 2 months ago on Facebook and other videos and photos of their mother. I was able to save everything plus video his brothers and sisters to add it to the book. I'm going to give it to him this Friday. I have added so many photos and videos plus music to present the photos. You can add your own music from the mp3 on your computer. It came out amazing!!! The only thing is that I wish I could share it with his family at his country by email or something. Maybe I'm missing a step. Over all, it is easy to use.

The image quality and sound quality are significantly better than I was expecting from a piece of tech this affordable. IMPORTANT: There is a hidden gem in this item. The unit comes with instructions on how to upload your images and videos and the website assembles and converts your files to be playable and then sends it back to you. It’s fast and convenient. However, I do field work where WiFi isn’t always available. I sent an email to customer support on a Sunday and received a response the same day giving me detailed instructions on how to convert my video files offline. FANTASTIC support and a great product. I highly recommend the item and applaud the company that makes it!!
