Pyrex Classic 2 Piece Rectangular Glass Baking Roasting Bake Roaster Dish Set

I prefer this over the Teflon trays as they don't contain the forever chemicals like the Teflon pans which are harmful and toxic. The only thing is they take a bit longer to heat up than a metal pan so you might need to give a little extra cooking time or preheat the dish. Be careful, they are quite a bit heavier and may break if dropped.

Perfect for a standard chicken or a larger one ....and room for the 'bits' round the side...potatoes etc......they're both great...

very great dishes i have no more metallic taste great that there was two of them good sizes can do roasts and whats more you don't need to use as much oil so more healthy very easy to clean no more dirt stuck to dishes so also better for your well-being great

They are both large in size but i think that they would have been more useful if they were a little taller. That is personal preference though I know. They are Pyrex, nuff said there really, we all know their quality, a good size and a good price, nothing more needed to be said

Meanwhile I have used these glass baking trays a lot and they are very convenient in their form for the oven and food storage in the fridge. They are easy to clean as long as one doesn't forget to oil or fat them before roasting something like tofu in them in the oven. But even then I got the vegetables baked onto the glass off with letting it rest for two hours with warm water and washing up liquid in it. But for roasting vegetables it doesn't even need oil or fat in them. I also baked potato casseroles in them. I am fully satisfied with this purchase.

Excellent Pyrex Classic 2 Piece Rectangular Glass Baking Set. My wife was extremely happy with those Pyrex baking sets. The food is cooked in a perfectly healthy way. And at the end it's very tasty. I strongly recommend these Pyrex sets to all cookers!

I was particularly relieved I had bought these as my roasting tin wasn't big enough for the Christmas turkey - which was only a medium size! The larger dish was perfect. The smaller dish I use for roasting vegetables etc. I will now get some smaller dishes for rice puddings, yorkshire puddings etc.
