Is this good for Pastels oils and chalk?

As the blurb ssys it's suitable for pastel and chalks, but not for oils . It's he equivalent to cartridge paper. However in the spirit of adventure you cold always back it with cardboard, then experiment - there is no right or wrong, it's whether it achieves the result you want,

I cant really give a useful answer as I only use charcoal

I would think that this paper is a little too smooth for pastels - are they soft or hard pastels. Maybe you could get away with hard pastels or coloured pencils. Usually for pastel work the paper need what they call tooth to trap the particles, but that may not be consistent with architectural or interiors designs.I traded as an architect !

Hello, I would say that this paper would not be heavy enough. I would suggest 300gsm. Try Clairefontaine - Paint-On paper it is great for lots techniques.
