I will say that this is the best I used so far & I have used everything from Chiropody felt to large corn type pads for a lump on the side of my foot. My foot was so painful some days that I was limping badly & the only relief was to rest my foot. Obviously this is not a cure but it did relieve the pressure & allowed me to walk comfortably & for now my problem has virtually gone.
