Will this hold upto and past 100mph

Hi. Its a super sturdy suction cap. If the device you will be attaching is small and the surface flat and clean it will hold, if you are planning on attaching something with an extension (monopod+video recorder) than def not. *I destroyed Insta360 One X attached to 1.3m long carbon monopod during sub 4sec. 0-62mph run. Suction cup gave in, but that was my ignorance not the devices fault.

Does this include everything in the picture? The suction and the case?

Suction cup, bracket, adaptor head (screw fit for standard camera, also action camera head, "go pro" type), 24 inch tether. All as pictured. NO case, just arrived in good time in a plastic resealeable bag. All seems fairly good quality.

Can you turn mount around to film the driver?

In a word yes, you can adjust the angle to whatever you want and then secure it there. It is much better and much cheaper then the Gopro equivalent mount.

what is the rotation like on this? is it able to move up and down as well as sideways and is the movement fluid? thanks

as the advert shows it does move 360 degrees but its not a fluid head you release move and lock the head to any angle which it does fine.
