(because I want to attach it to my wall but the wall is more than 2m high.)** A: Sorry no this is the only size we stock. We can't do longer rolls due to the weight. **Q: wd this when layed under carpet stop gaming noise from downstairs flat ?** A: It would help to reduce it. The more layers you put down the greater the reduction. If you also seal any gaps in the floorboards with acoustic sealant this will also help. However depending on how loud it is it may not stop it completely. **Q: would it be possible to use it to wrap a noisy internal soil pipe** A: I have done exactly that. It wasn't easy as the material is heavy and difficult to roll around soil pipe.May be bether to use two layers of the thinner material.Works well on soundproofing but my pipe has been boxed in and I also stuffed box with rock wool. ## Frequently Bought Together - Advanced Acoustics Soundproofing Mat 2m by 1.2m by 5mm Thin - 10kg/m2 Mass Loaded Vinyl MLV - Everbuild Stick 2 All Purpose High Bond Strength Contact Spray Adhesive, 500 ml, Beige - Everbuild Everflex AC50 Contract Acoustic Sealant and Adhesive, White, 380 ml --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.fr/products/49567957-advanced-acoustics-soundproofing-mat-2m-by-1-2m-by-5mm](https://www.desertcart.fr/products/49567957-advanced-acoustics-soundproofing-mat-2m-by-1-2m-by-5mm) --- *Product available on Desertcart France* *Store origin: FR* *Last updated: 2026-10-29*
