Barbell 1 Inch

This bar is perfect! I bought a new weight bench and the bar holder (if that's what they're called) were wider than my old weight bench so I needed a bar that could rest on the bench without those weight collars (if that's what they're called) getting in the way: basically my old bench's holder-things were skinnier which allowed the bar to rest with weights on the bar, but my new one didn't so I had to buy a new bar hoping the spacer things (if that's what they're called) would allow it to rest on the holder thing and it did! (I'm not a professional gym rat or body builder so excuse the lack of proper descriptions) and the bar itself is pretty hefty and sturdy compared to my older 2-piece bar. I like the spinning weight lockers feature and overall I am absolutely thrilled about this bar and I will be buying another one for my squat rack!

Great bar ! Arrived perfectly boxed ,all pieces in box. No scratches, all bright and shiny. Very heavy. Solid ! Really pleased with purchase.

Sturdy and works for me, but I only have 100 pounds of plates to use with this bar. Because I'm not close to filling up the threaded area with plates, it can get tedious making changes because of how long it takes to unscrew and remove the nut. I solved this problem by threading on one nut about half way, adding the plates, then threading on another nut to lock everything in place. Works very well for me, but in hindsight, a non-threaded bar with pressure clamps would have been a better choice to make faster plate changes.

I opted for this bar because I don't have room to use a 6 or 7 foot bar in my place. Pleasantly surprised. Well manufactured, threads are smooth and precise. Bar is arrow straight and beavertailing is perfectly grippy. Not too slick, rough enough but not sharp at all. Plates lock in tight (including my playes with slightly larger than actual standard 1inch holes). Lots of room for lots of plates, all in all an excellent choice for a home gym.

Haven't had any problems with it.Lifting's been decent and i've seen no roster corrosion, and it can handle the weight without boeing

This is a very high quality barbell at a great price. One could easily pay double the price for this quality from another seller.

Perfect for my needs easy to change the weights

I needed a bar I could use in my small workout room. A Six ft bar would have been optimum but still a little too long for my space. I have a portable squat rack so it can be adjusted to accommodate the bar and my hand spacing, as long as I am careful. But if you have a fixed squat rack, then this bar won't work with it. The hand spacing on the inside of the collars is about 36". So if you're going to do anything that requires a rack, keep this in mind. I only use this bar with weights under 100 lbs so I can't comment about anything over that and the use of this bar. For me, it suits my needs fine. The finish is excellent. It's a quality bar for the price. The box was damaged but everything was still intact inside.

Exactly as advertised. I have no complaints. Solid stainless steel and does what it needs to do. I'm very happy.
