Review: Great spicy sauce. - This sauce is the bomb. Don't confuse it with your standard hot sauce. It's not very hot, but great spice for eggs, seafood and anything else you want to jazz up. One thing to note though, it is vinegar based, so it does have a vinegary taste. But if you like balsamic or red wine vinegars, it will be right up your alley. First saw it on a YouTube channel where they used it as an accent on sardines straight from the tin. I wanna give it like 2 stars. But Damn! It really is perfect on canned seafood. I find myself reaching for so often that I knew I had to write this review. I tried to replace it with white vinegar, red wine vinegar, rice vinegar, apple cider vinegar. I tried adding some paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, white pepper. UGH! Fine. I accept defeat. This overpriced bottle of vinegar has just the right amount of stuff in it to make it more than just a bottle of vinegar. No way am I gonna give it 5 stars, not at $10.00 for a tiny bottle. But I will say you should give it a try.

LOVE!
I LOVE this sauce. My whole family loves it on all our soups and chilis. It is tangy and has wonderful flavor. If you love vinegar sauces, this one is amazing! Not spicy, but just adds some tang and flavor to accentuate the meal.

Really tasty, not very hot and more like vinegar
This sauce is so good with conservas. It is a little spicy, but not really a hot sauce in terms of heat. A good vinegar flavor, but I wish it was a bit cheaper as it is in the higher cost bracket of sauces.

Overpriced vinegar
This sauce is terrible, it's nothing but vinegar. There there are much better hot sauces out there with good value and more importantly good flavor this is a ripoff.

Watery and vinegary, not much pepper flavor
Not sure it's worth it. Very vinegary, and light on the pepper and spice. Not hot at all and very watery. I bought this to use with fish but the flavor is extremely absent.

More vinegar than spicy
It's an interesting sauce. I used it with tinned fish, and it was decent. Not what I wanted since I prefer spicy so not a repeat for me, but worth a try
