Stress Gummies

After reaching menopause 2 years ago, I have never felt right. Always in a state of uneasiness. I am using HRT, which helps some symptoms, but my nervous system was still disregulated. I tried these gummies for the heck of it, not expecting much. What happened is they have changed my life. I noticed immediately after the first dose that I felt calmer. So I took them every 4 to 5 hours, basically just twice a day for about a week now, and it has been a game changer for me. I am not uptight like I was. I feel normal again. Things dont get on my nerves like they usually do. I am so excited I finally found something that works and it doesn't make you tired like anti-anxiety meds do. The only thing is be careful taking them after 6pm because I did once and they did make it little harder to fall asleep around 10pm. I just take a morning dose and an afternoon dose. And Im good.

As a competitive gamer, tournament environments and high-stakes matches can get incredibly stressful. I started taking these right before a big event or a rough session where I'm overly worried about my ranking or falling behind, and they genuinely make a difference. I’m already a big fan of gummy supplements in general, and the strawberry-lemon flavor of these makes them a nice little treat to take. They have easily become a permanent part of my daily routine that I keep on hand throughout the day whenever things start getting a bit too intense.

The dummies work great, helps a lot with anxiety. I ordered it twice and they came un melted, so I wrote a complaint to Amazon. Not only they refund my money but next time I ordered it, they made sure they didn't melt. It was well packet in a insulated bag. Love Amazon!

Left off a star for the taste, whatever ingredient they use is little off and meh. These help me relax and have good sleep. They do not clump together, and I haven’t experienced any side effects. Texture is like a normal Olly gummy vitamin

I’ve gotten these in pill form as well as gummies. Both work very well. They aren’t as strong as Ativan or Xanax, but they definitely, subtlety, took the edge off of my feelings of anxiety. However, they did not work for my partner, so it really does depend on your body type.

Unfortunately I had not considered the Lemon Balm prior to purchasing it, nor have I taken anything else with it prior. Great Taste! I take their multi vitamin, and my kids take their Multi/Probiotic & Brain/Omegas as well, but those do not contain the Lemon Balm. Long story short, I am allergic to basically every plant/tree pollen outside to some extent. I took this before work and within 30 minutes my throat was itchy, I was coughing, and finally it progressed into wheezing. I had to hit my inhaler twice and take Benadryl to calm it all down. This was all before I ate breakfast or drank anything, so this is the only possibility. Meanwhile, last night, my daughter, (who is a mini me and also allergic to everything and has moderate asthma) tried the sleep gummies (also has Lemon Balm) and literally could not swallow them. Her gag reflex would not allow it at all. It was not the taste at all and I could not figure it out because she liked the flavor. We gave up just thinking that maybe her stomach was upset. It was not until this morning that I was able to find the correlation. Again, I did not think enough into the plants and how they may affect her or me. I even showed them to her doctor prior to make sure they were safe for her to take! My 14 year old son (who is also allergic to the outdoors) doesn't have asthma. The sleep gummies do not affect him in any negative manner, so I am going to consult with our doctors and I will follow up later with our conversation cliff notes if anyone is interested. I love OLLY and will continue their other products! My coworkers actually suggested I write this review to warn others about the possible reaction since I hadn't seen any on here when I was reading reviews prior to purchase. Hopefully this helps someone!

He pasado por un largo periodo problemático que me trajo bastante ansiedad. De alguna manera estás gomitas me dan un estado de 'no- overthink ' en dónde de alguna manera mi mente se calla y puedo pensar una cosa a la vez. Claro que hay que ayudarse uno intentándolo, pero he notado que es más fácil y me siento tranquila. Las he tomado junto con las de happy de la misma marca y me agrada el efecto. Si las recomiendo.
