Really happy with this camera and microphone set-up with Zoom. The quality is impressive and has meant our camera club members can watch presentations and competitions remotely which makes a big difference. The service from Tongveo is really good as I had a few queries at the outset.

For the price, this is a pretty solid all-in-one conference setup. I picked this up for my makeshift home office 'cof room' (away from the loudness of family distractions!)It’s genuinely plug-and-play, and having a PTZ camera plus a speaker/mic in one kit makes it rather convenient for small meeting rooms or group calls. The camera movement is silky smooth enough and the wide field of view works well for covering a table, and overall it does what it says on the tin. Compared to premium systems from brands like Logitech or Yealink (the latter still being very decent and competitive), you’re obviously not getting the same polish - but you’re also paying a fraction of the cost, and for basic Zoom/Teams use it’s perfectly usable. Even the lady of the house can figure it out!That said, the difference to those higher-end options is noticeable. Image quality is decent but not particularly sharp, especially in lower light (although rare that you'd be in a dark meeting!), and the zoom and tracking feel a bit basic compared to something like a Logitech PTZ Pro Camera or Yealink. Audio is fine for meetings but can pick up room echo, and overall it feels more like a budget OEM kit than a super-refined system. It’s a good value choice if you just need something simple, but don’t expect the same premium finish you’d get from the big conference brands. On the current pricing, very decent though.

The camera still works fine, but unfortunately the speakerphone/microphone completely stopped working after less than a year of normal office use.It simply won’t turn on anymore. No lights, no power, nothing. I’ve tried different power connections and cables, but it appears to be completely dead.Very disappointing for a videoconferencing kit that hasn’t even lasted a year. I would have expected much better durability from a product designed for regular office use.

I got this after needing to set up a video call for a fairly large conference. I wanted something that was going to give me a high standard of video quality but also compact enough that it could be popped on a tripod in the corner of a room. The fact it came with an excellent Bluetooth Microphone was just a bonus!The unit is an expensive bit of kit but you are getting a lot for your money. The unit is entirely made of plastic but this lightweight design means it can go on a light stand without too much of a problem. This also means that the motors which is uses aren't burdened when having to move. This means that you can get some pretty quiet panning shots with this camera compared to others which have lack luster motors which struggle to turn.The image quality of the camera is simply excellent. The clarity is great, being able to pick out sharp details from peoples faces from a distance. The optical zoom also helps with this when trying to focus on one person it a crowd. Also another great feature is the 60fps. This means that shots feel more life like and help bridge that gap of viewer and participant.The unit also comes with a Bluetooth microphone, this became surprisingly useful because of the way it was able to be moved around and setup for strong audio whenever we needed it. It picks up peoples voices very well and it does a decent job of having background fall off. It does struggle when there is a lot of sound from all directions but when its a single sound source, it works brilliantly.The unit as a combo unit is quite well priced. While £249 might sound expensive, you need to take into account that you are getting something that is well made, pretty versatile and comes with an audio solution. Many similar products would lack the feature set this camera/ microphone. I can highly recommend! 5/5!

I have an older Tongveo 3HA 1080p camera which I had previously supplied to a local Church that my father serves at, and picked this one up for the office to try out for Zoom/Teams calls with clietns.Just like the other models of Tongeveo PTZ cameras, this is very easy to get set up and running - it has an HDMI port which you can connect either to a capture card or to a display, and USB which you can hook up to your computer where you can use software such as OBS to get a video stream. There's various other ports too, though I would not be using them.It can be placed on a nice flat surface as-is (such as a table), it can be wall mounted with the included brackets, or you can mount this on a tripod via the 1/4" thread at the base of the unit. It's not too chunky so you do have good options for placement as it can fit on my shelf quite easily.The video quality is great at a nice smooth 1080p @ 60fps, nice and clear, very good zoom, and autofocus works a charm. Absolutely fine for Zoom calls, and it's pretty good for making instruction videos for clients.The "AI" tracking works, but is can be quite slow, and does not work if you are wearing a mask, even a small facemask - I guess it looks for specific facial patterns to lock onto for tracking. The remote to control the PTZ features does work great, and allows you to easily rotate and tilt the camera whilst on a call to focus on a specific user. It's relatively slow by default, but the speed of rotation and tilting can be adjusted to be faster via the settings screen.It's good value for money at £203 at the time of writing, works very well, though for just a bit more, the 4K version with 20x zoom is what I would recommend if you need extra good quality for streaming.

I’ve been putting this TONGVEO conference set through its paces in my home office lately, and it’s a pretty solid bit of kit if you’re looking for a professional setup without the high price of other brand cameras. It’s a full PTZ camera and also a Bluetooth speakerphone.The hardware itself feels sturdy and was a total breeze to get running. It is genuinely plug-and-play—I just hooked the camera up via USB and my PC picked it up immediately without me having to hunt for drivers. The image quality is ideal for standard Teams or Zoom calls; while it might not have that "super-sharp" premium polish of the high-end brands (especially if your lighting isn't great), it handles colour well and looks professional enough for any standard meeting or presentation. The wide field of view is great for covering a whole table, and having the remote control is a massive plus. It means you can mount the camera in the best spot for framing the room but still tweak the pan and tilt from your seat without any fuss.The audio is perfectly clear for calls, and while the speakerphone might pick up a bit of room echo compared to a high-end system, it’s a massive step up from a standard laptop mic. Overall, a very capable, complete setup that makes recording or streaming meetings a piece of cake. It’s a bit of an outlay, but considering it does exactly what it says on the tin for a fraction of the cost of the big-name conference brands, it’s a very decent value choice.

I've had some experience with another variant from the same brand, and once again I found the auto tracking capability handles moderate movement well enough for basic office meetings, but it struggles to keep pace with anything faster, often lagging behind or losing the subject entirely if a face turns away or moves out of the immediate frame. As everything now has the AI tag attached to the product features, you wonder how many of them can justify this as from experience once again it offers very little benefits.Having 1080p resolution instead of 4K means the image quality is crisp enough for standard video calls, though it lacks the finesse needed for professional grade broadcasts or large scale streaming where detail matters.The 3X optical zoom provides some flexibility for framing and its wide field of view ensures that large groups can be framed.Having the Bluetooth microphone/speaker integrated into the large wireless puck reduces cable clutter on the desk and works well enough picking up clear sound of people talking and also listening to those on the other end of the meeting. I assume everything is full duplex as didn't notice any cut outs when everyone is trying to talk at the same time during a meeting.The overall packaging is mindful with the ceiling mount, remote control, and plenty of USB adaptors are supplied for different connection types, USB-A, USB-C.To summarise, it's another great looking product from Tongveo, but they really need to nail that auto tracking as it's let down an otherwise great value video conferencing kit at the current price of £203.

Produkttest im Rahmen des Amazon-Vine Programms:Das Tongveo Kamerasystem kam sicher verpackt im Herstellerkarton bei mir an. In dem Karton befand sich neben der eigentlichen Kamera noch eine Montageschablone (z.Bsp. für Deckenmontage), ein passendes USB. Kabel, ein Linsenschutz, ein Netzstecker, eine Anleitung und zu guter Letzt eine Fernbedienung.Die Installation des Kamerasystems ist sehr einfach und Bedarf eigentlich keiner Anleitung. Sowohl bei meinem Privatrechner als auch bei unserem Meeting-Rechner musste nichts installiert werden und das Kamerasystem wurde problemlos unter Windows 11 erkannt sobald man das USB Kabel und den Netzstecker anschließt. Die Kamera macht dann erst einmal eine 360 Grad Drehung bei der die Position kalibriert wird. Anschließend fährt sie wieder automatisch in die Standardposition zurück. Wenn man die Kamera “nur“ für einfache Online Meetings benutzt ist das Bild schon sehr scharf und lässt sich perfekt fokussieren. Hierfür kann man die beiliegende Fernbedienung verwenden. Es lässt sich hier nahezu alles einstellen. Die Kamera lässt sich problemlos nach oben/unten sowie rechts/links steuern und das besonders praktische ist: ein perfekter 20x Zoom ist auch vorhanden. Dieser ist so gut, dass Ich zu Hause spaßeshalber auch mal versucht habe ein paar Naturaufnahmen zu machen. Natürlich macht man hier keine superhochauflösenden Bilder aber durch den echten optischen Zoom kriegt man Objekte wie Blumen, Insekten und Vögel so nach ran gezoomt, dass das Ergebnis trotzdem beeindruckend ist. Der Zoom ist natürlich eigentlich nicht für Naturaufnahmen gedacht weswegen das Ganze dann auch prompt bei einem Meeting ausprobiert wurde. Auch hier war der Zoom und das Weitwinkelobjektiv Gold wert. Während bei unser alten Web-Cam unser Konferenztisch immer rechts oder links „abgeschnitten“ war, sieht man mit dem Tongveo Kamerasystem auch endlich den ganzen Tisch. Die Position der Kamera kann dabei flexibel gewählt werden, da durch die Motorfunktion und den Zoom alles perfekt fokussiert werden kann. Der Autofokus leistet hierbei auch schon gute Arbeit und Ich musste nur selten nachbessern. Die Fernbedienung hat hierbei eigentlich immer verzögerungsfrei und präzise gearbeitet. Ich hatte zu keinem Zeitpunkt das Gefühl, dass die Kamera verzögert reagiert. Zwei kleine “Nachteile“ konnte Ich dann doch noch finden: Nr.1, leider ist kein Mikrofon verbaut; Nr. 2, der Preis ist schon relativ hoch angesetzt. Zum Preis muss man allerdings sagen, dass man dafür aber auch eine sehr gute Qualität erhält, so dass Preis-Leistung immernoch in einem guten Verhältnis stehen.Insgesamt kann man eigentlich nur 5 Sterne geben, da die gebotene Qualität und Funktionalität wirklich begeistern. Nur das fehlende Mikrofon ist etwas störend, wobei man hier aber einfach nachrüsten kann.

In parrocchia da me, durante l'emergenza Covid, ci siamo attrezzati per trasmettere la messa in streaming sui vari social: dato il carattere emergenziale, ci siamo dovuti arrangiare con quello che avevamo, ovvero due reflex su cavalletto con un pc e una piccola consolle che funzionasse da regia. In questo modo potevamo cambiare inquadratura switchando tra una camera e l'altra.Mi è stata data la possibilità di provare questa telecamera per conferenze che ho installato provvisoriamente su un cavalletto posizionato sulla tribuna dell'organo, in alto in fondo ala chiesa.Per fortuna lo zoom 20x mi ha permesso di inquadrare bene il celebrante, sia all'altar, che all'ambone che al leggìo: a tal proposito mi è piaciuta un sacco la possibilità di registrare dei preset di inquadratura grazie al telecomando, in modo da poter richiamare le scene premendo un solo pulsante.Il movimento con telecomando ovviamente non è molto fluido ma se si hanno a disposizione consolle con joystick diventa tutto molto più semplice.3 sono i metodi di collegamento da poter sfruttare: cavo USB 3.0, per una connessione plug and play direttamente al PC (cosa che ho scelto io avendo un portatile da posizionare nei pressi della telecamera), connettore per protocollo RS-232 o morsetti per il doppino del RS-485.Nella scatola troviamo anche la staffa con viti e tasselli per appenderla al soffitto capovolta e un classico alimentatore a 12V.La qualità costruttiva, i vari protocolli di comunicazione disponibili e la silenziosità nei movimenti la rendono sicuramente una soluzione semi-professionale da tenere in considerazione per riprendere, registrare e trasmettere video in qualità apprezzabile.Il prezzo mi sembra adeguato per quanto offerto, contando che comunque abbiamo un 20x di zoom e una risoluzione di 1080p 30fps.Spero di essere stato utile, grazie della lettura!

Die Verpackung sieht auf dem ersten Blick eher typisch Chinamäßig aus, hier könnte sie irgendwie ansprechen sein.Aber hier gehts ja nicht um die Verpackung, sondern um die Kamera.Hier ist das absolute Highlight der 20fache optische Zoom und einem 55,8°FOV-Winkel.Er kann mit der mitgelieferten Fernbedienung wirklich alles im guter Qualität ranzoomen. Dauert dann zwar etwas mit dem Scharf stellen, aber meistens geht es schon schnell.Wir haben hier eine Qualität von 1080p also FULL HD mit 60FPS.Hier muss man sagen das Bild sieht sehr gut aus, aber nur wenn man ordentlich Licht hat. Bei schlechten Licht ist das Bild eher so mittelmäßig.Die Kamera wurde bei meinem Macbook und bei meinem Windows 10 Setup sofort erkannt.Sie ist natürlich nicht für den "normalen" Hausgebrauch oder Home Office geeignet. Sondern eher für Firmen, Veranstaltungen oder Präsentationen.Ihr habt auf der Fernbedienung 10 Voreinstellungen was super praktisch ist, wenn die Kamera immer am gleichen Ort steht. z.B. um an einen Produkt ranzoomen.Dazu ist eine Wandhalterung im Lieferumfang.Verbaut ist ein 1/2.8" CMOS Sony Sensor.Also für mich eine gute Kamera die für den Preis echt mega viele Funktionen hat. Hat man gutes Licht ist sie mega!Für mich eine 4.5 von 5 Sterne. Gehe dann aber auf Grund des Licht / Autofokus auf 4 Sterne.

Non posso che ritenermi soddisfatto per questa telecamera della Tongveo con zoom ottico 20X anche se non manca qualche difetto che ho riscontrato durante l’utilizzo.Veramente impressionante la capacità di zoom, che essendo ottico e non software è reale e riesce quindi ad ingrandire fino ad un massimo di 20X con una definizione veramente ottima. La messa a fuoco automatica impiega 1 o 2 secondi per mettere a fuoco la scena durante lo zoom, un tempo del tutto rispettabile. Basti pensare che è possibile leggere scritte alte 1 o 2 centimetri a 15 metri di distanza senza alcun problema e con un buon dettaglio.La qualità video la reputo molto buona, con colori fedeli alla realtà soprattutto in presenza di molta luce. Con poca luce la qualità video tende a perdere in nitidezza, con i classici disturbi grafici di fondo. Ne sconsiglio quindi l’acquisto se viene utilizzata in zone poco illuminate. Non avendo infrarossi non è possibile utilizzarla in totale assenza di luce.La qualità audio la reputo accettabile ma con diverse carenze. Essendo il microfono incorporato nella telecamera e non a parte, difficilmente potrà essere posizionato in una zona centrale. Questa mancanza rende l’audio in entrata un po’ dispersivo, influenzato dai rumori di fondo. Inoltre a mio avviso la qualità del microfono incorporato non è delle migliori, perché il suono in entrata è decisamente piatto. Tutto questo si traduce in un audio che è comprensibile solo se ci sono pochi rumori in sottofondo.La risoluzione massima a 1920x1080 la reputo sufficiente, ma il tutto dipende dall’utilizzo che se ne fa e soprattutto dalla grandezza dello schermo di visualizzazione. Se la risoluzione risulta dettagliata ed ottimale con schermi fino ai 32 pollici, su schermi di grandezza superiore sarebbe stato molto più gradita una risoluzione in 4K con un maggiore dettaglio grafico.Il telecomando (senza batterie in dotazione) è ricco di molte funzioni utili. Con un solo tasto è possibile ruotare il video in base al montaggio orizzontale o verticale della telecamera, invertendo anche i comandi per controllarla. Si possono registrare e riproporre 9 preset video, richiamandoli semplicemente con il tastierino numero da 1 a 9. E’ possibile inoltre zoomare in 2 differenti modalità, fast o slow, mettere a fuoco in automatico o in manuale.La manovrabilità della telecamera l’ho trovata piuttosto semplice e intuitiva. Dopo qualche minuto si ha piena padronanza di tutte le funzionalità.Il movimento della telecamera consente di poterla ruotare fino a quasi eseguire un giro completo in orizzontale e fino a 90 gradi in verticale. La velocità di rotazione l’ho trovata un po’ lenta, attestandosi sui 15 secondi per una rotazione completa di 350 gradi.L’installazione della telecamera tramite porta USB non ha richiesto alcun drive di installazione per Windows, ed è stata riconosciuta immediatamente. Il cavo in dotazione è lungo 3 metri, se non dovesse bastare è possibile trovare sul marketplace cavi con metrature superiori.Le porte a disposizione ci consentono di avere pieno controllo della telecamera con gli attuali standard di comunicazione presenti. Tramite la porta USB è possibile connettere la telecamera ad un PC o laptop, mentre tramite le porta di tipologia Visca con protocollo RS232 è possibile controllare la telecamera tramite un joystick. Il controllo è possibile anche tramite connessione RS485.Concludendo mi reputo abbastanza soddisfatto di questa telecamera, che reputo un buon acquisto limitatamente ad eventi di tipo amatoriale, o per una ditta di piccole dimensioni che necessita di una telecamera plug&play in un ambiente con molta luce e silenzioso.Ho avuto modo di recensire questo prodotto con totale imparzialità grazie al programma Amazon Vine del quale faccio parte.
