Microsoft Console Xbox One 500 Gb Black (Renewed)

Refurbished and offered at a reduction. Worked straight out of the box. Great for keeping children occupied. Came with a controller which also was easy to pair. One mans rubbish really is another mans treasure.

The Xbox one is great, my dad always wanted to get one, and I bought it for my dad for his birthday.

Bought for my daughters birthday as it was the only thing she wanted. When we opened the box the console was severely scratched and had dust and dirt in the crevices. When we plugged it in to set it up it turned on for a few moments, displayed a preparing console screen, then powered itself off. Half the time it doesn't even turn on and when it does it powers back off after about 10 seconds so we never got the chance to set it up and it ruined her birthday. After over a month of trying various fixes and replacing leads etc, I am going to have to purchase an entirely new console. As many will understand right now finances are tough and as a disabled single mum with an additional needs child I don't have the luxury of buying the latest consoles or replacing items. I'd had to save up as it was to get her this so not only did it ruin her birthday but now who knows when I can afford to replace it.

works great, has a few scratches here and there but that's to be expected second hand. only issue was the control has a sticky Y button.

It works really well which is the point! Would definitely recommend! I was so nervous! But eep! Ill have a very happy son on his birthday!

It was old not working good

Not bad for the money but u do need to get a hard drive so you can play more then four games

I saw the previous reviews and I think they had some shipping issues. Because my came perfect just perfect no scratches and HDMI cord works and so dose the power cord. I loved this product got it for myself because it brought back my childhood and it works perfect a bit load but nothing u can’t sleep over. Very cheap got me scared but I have a working Xbox one . Still is working after 2 weeks.

This worked perfectly fine on first use, everything as it was supposed to. However, as soon as I went to power it on about two/three days later, it didn't turn on. The power brick light stayed orange and no matter what I did to trouble shoot it — power reset by unplugging it from the wall, unplugging the power brick from wall and console, cleaning what little dust there was, plugging the whole thing into a completely different outlet — nothing worked. I finally just returned this, got my money back, and plan on buying from Gamestop or some other more reliable site. After checking the reviews it seems like other people had VERY similar issues so just don't buy from here. Go on Gamestop, Ebay, something where there's more transparency and accountability for a good digital product.

Happy with my purchase. So we’ve had it for about a month now I got it for my 8 year old son. I was skeptical because so many bad reviews but I took my chances and so far so good. It has some scratches and when I wiped it the color on the front faded but I plugged everything up and it works fine it didn’t take super long to get it set up besides the fact I didn’t know how to syn the controller but I YouTubed it and it worked. It took about 20-30 minutes to run updates and set up and we’ve been good ever since thank God. The power supply box does make a loud noise even when the console is off but it’s not super loud and it doesn’t get hot. It’s incompatible with some of the new games but it’s an older gen console I guess. We’re satisfied with the purchase hope it continues to run smoothly.

I originally put this as a five star was very happy but tonight that all changed. I bought this on November 21st and not even a month later meaning tonight it completely fried itself out and will not turn back on. Never had this happen before with any electronics I bought offline. I contacted the company that sold it to me but because I had already disposed of the Xbox because it started smoking they wouldn't give me a refund. Thanks to Amazon they refunded me the money so I was able to buy a replacement Xbox instead. This is why Amazon is my number one go to for buying anything online.

Four stars because the things takes forever to update and every game disc you put in there has to take a long time to update before you can play. Xbox Original or 360 are much better if you want a fast delve into a game, but maybe the kinds of games and game play on the xbox one will be worth it. We'll see. For now, the machine runs and I need more time to really get in there and play with one of the games for longer than a few minutes.
