I’ve been taking this for 1.5 years, and this is My favorite sea moss. Good quality and taste. I can tell the difference when I don’t take it. Helps with digestion, bloating, and I notice my skin is smoother and brighter.

I’ve been using the True Sea Moss 5-in-1, and I’m honestly impressed by how noticeable the benefits have been for me. First, my acne, which normally flares up badly, has completely calmed down. I’ve been adding this seamoss gel to smoothies and tea for the past week and I like the texture and mild taste. It blends really easily and doesn’t have that strong ocean flavor some brands do. I’ve been trying to add more mineral-rich foods to my routine and this feels like a convenient way to do it. Shipping was quick and the jar was sealed well. Overall I’m happy with the quality and would purchase again.

I got the mango one I. My first time trying this type of food period. I was skeptical but the flavor was good somewhat of an applesauce rememberanc. Not bad at all thanks Jar came with nice packaging too

I've started taking 2-3 tbsp. of sea moss per day after reading about the numerous potential health benefits, particularly the mineral content that may be lacking in a typical diet. It's also been said to have benefits with glucose management and cardiovascular health. A common complaint from reviewers is the presence of a seaweed aftertaste and a moldy odor. Having tried several of the different flavor options, I can tell you that the unpleasant aftertaste and odor are not at all noticeable in the apple cinnamon and cherry flavors. Those are the two flavors I am sticking with now. So if you've been disappointed when trying other flavors of sea moss, I'd give these two a try.

Excellent packaging, strawberry is very good and the health benefits are noticeable. I also love the soursop seamoss. I told my best friends about TrueSeaMoss and they are regular customers as well. :)

This is only the second brand of sea moss I have tried. I was originally using a local brand that very much had a gel like texture and I loved it. I decided to give this brand a try during prime week when it was a little cheaper. I bought the pineapple and mango flavor. The flavor is great with no bad aftertaste. Easy to use. I just grab a clean spoon every morning and take as the first supplement of my day. The texture is much more runny than gel though. It does begin to drip off of my spoon after I scoop it. I do enjoy the benefits of sea moss. Personally, I have noticed better digestion and immune system support. I like that it contains many essential nutrients for the body. I might try a different flavor and see if the texture is any different. It is not a cheap habit, so I will continue to see if I notice any additional benefits.

it reached contaminated the lid has brown stuff and it smelled and tasted badly . i tried to return it it was not allowed i talked to amazone and they said they will refund but they didnt horrible experience very bad

Please do not buy this. It came spoiled and molded. They won’t accept returns so you’re stuck with a product that belongs in the trash. So disappointed as Its not a cheap product. Will never purchase from them again.
