This product is perfect for my wife and I. We're senior citizens and fortunate to have a housekeeper. However, often we need a scrub brush or sponge. Its big enough for what we have - we also put our sink stoppers in it. Its perfect for our needs. Its very sturdy and even has a removable drip tray that catches however much water is left in the sponge after we ring it out. The tray slides in and out easily. Its perfect for those who may have just a few items and its so much better than laying the dirty sponge and scrub brush on the counters. I can't see how it would ever wear out. I highly recommend purchasing this product.
