The Best thing you could buy for your Weber Spirit 200 Series (UK)
Fits the Weber 200 Series Spirit Gas BBQ as sold in the UK (2017). It replaces one (...and only one - so don't buy 2!) of the 2 griddles supplied with your Spirit BBQ. One side has ridges for steaks/paninis etc. & you can flip it over for a flat side to do bacon, eggs, prawns etc.You should not replace both griddles as (I'm guessing) hot air circulation would be restricted under the hood. After 20 mins it get MUCH hotter than the normal griddle and so lets you sear steaks much better to cook them quicker on a high heat (as you should) especially if you want a rare steak that looks nicely done on the outside. The Weber Spirit 200 is enhanced enormously by this item and it becomes a much better BBQ. Every Spirit 200 should have one! Expensive @ £75 but seriously, the BBQ should be supplied with it upfront because it completely changes the flexibility and usefulness of the Spirit200. If you have a Spirit 200 then just buy one of these. Now! You won't regret it.

You have to get this if you own the Weber E210. It replaces one grill insert and is a perfect addition to any grill. For a family of two this solution for back yard cooking is perfect. Up to 6 large burgers can be cooked at one time and over on the griddle you can cook the buns, hot dogs, vegetables and anything that might drop through grates. I've even cooked bacon and eggs, pancakes while heating up the syrup and melted butter. This is a do all grill and the griddle fits like a glove and cooks like a charm. Griddle is made from very heavy enameled cast iron and is as durable as any product gets.
