There is no power cord. Order one that was suppossed to be compatible and it was not.

A SCAM! These phones are not useable.
Do not buy from this seller. These phones are locked to some other VOIP provider (I don't know who). You can't reset the phone. It should have been a warning that they sell for only $110 or so when they cost about $269 new everywhere else.

Worked on Zoom Phone, clear voice quality.
Registered on Zoom phone and the ZTP provisioning worked. I got this phone online in 5-6 minutes. Added the mac addesss in zoom. It rebooted maybe 3 times and then everything shows green online on the Zoom dashboard. Super easy process. Phone works well and clear quality.

All the functionalities are great. The API connection is what I appreciate the most. Build my own soft phone with AI, and everything got better.

Dead on arrival
First one was dead right out of the box. Even though it does not come with a power supply, I have plenty, so tried at least a dozen suitable power supplies and the phone was completely dead. Tried to direct connect with a cat5 cable, and still dead. Total waste of time. Returning this one and ordered another. Hopefully the next one is better.

Critical power requirements not disclosed in listing
This phone is marketed as Wi-Fi capable, but the Amazon product listing does not clearly disclose that the phone requires Power over Ethernet (PoE) or a proprietary Poly power adapter just to turn on. There is no USB or standard wall-plug power option, and the phone provides no feedback or warning if it’s connected incorrectly—it simply appears dead. This resulted in unnecessary troubleshooting, extra purchases, and wasted time. For a business product at this price point, power requirements should be explicitly stated in the listing, not buried in manuals or assumed IT knowledge. Had this been clearly disclosed on Amazon, I would not have purchased this model.
