No problems with taking them ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As long as it does what's expected *by M***K on 17 January 2021* Unlike any other vitamin B complex supplements I have taken before, they're a nice manageable size - not the usual horrid big torpedo, and so are very easy to swallow. Also, the smell is very mild - none of the usual 'meaty' whiff that this supplement is prone to. Kudos too, for being in a brown glass bottle and at a very decent price. I've no idea whether I'm benefitting from them - but how does one tell with these things?
