Every syrup presents a different expiration date. by Dolce e Salato **Q: Can these bottles be hung in optics? Like spirits are?** A: If the optics have a standard screw top size then yes but as as optics use gravity it will take a while to dribble out & the optics despense too much for even a large coffee. Also syrup crystalises easily & would clog the optic. Even using a pump it clogs but the pumping forces the built up sugar crytals to move & takes a while to actually clog. I would advise using the 10ml pump which although is double the 5ml coffee shops use they usually pump 4 times so you just pump twice instead.
