Will Eisner was a genius not only in his craft but also in the way he loved to teach and show how to tell stories. This book is a must read for any marketer, business person. Stories are the way we communicate, learn and evolve.

The book should not be called Visual narrative
As a film maker I wanted to get more out of this book, especially for what it says on the cover. Its a good book, but if you are a film maker and trying to discover new visual story telling methods and maybe a better understanding of visual narrative hopelessly this book has not much to offer.

Will Eisner was a Giant!
In every field of endeavour, you've heard creative people use the expression "standing on the shoulders of giants". Well, this is the first and possibly biggest giant. If you're a comic creator, web artist, or even a film-maker like myself, this is a masterpiece. When starting their careers,very few people when creating a visual story take the time apart from the story idea itself to ask the question "How do I present this most effectively?". THIS BOOK DEALS WITH THAT. There's a reason the most prestigious award in the comics industry is named after this guy!

Kindle version is unreadable - II
Although the art of Will Eisner is fantastic and I’m sure the original book is excellent, The Kindle format came with tiny images and basic resolution. Not even the “zoom” option helps with the images (even when you try different view options), and must important the text gets cut off in almost every paragraph. I sincerely hope that this problem is solved ASAP.

Great book. Along with the writer's another book, comics and sequential art, it gives fine info about the medium.
