I'm using this to control a slide out in My DIY camper Project. The controller is running a 500 Watt DC scooter motor, which drives a pulley system to turn a ball screw. It's very easy to set up, you can sync pretty much any 433 Mhz remote with it, and unlike a standard on/off remote system, this one allows you to run a motor forwards, and also reverse it. Probably the absolute best thing about this controller, is the fact that it has integrated limit switch inputs! That's a Game Changer! The range seems stable for about 20 feet or so, at which point it can get a little wonky, but My receiver is mounted inside the camper, so that may be knocking the distance down a little bit. It's rated for 10 amps, and because it actually passes power, this is very important, as some of the weaker ones that only allow 5 or 7 amps max, tend to burn out in a few months, even though they are supposedly able to take the 5 amp draw. I think the motors have a steep in-rush current, and that is what taxes the weaker units. This one doesn't seem fazed by the 500 watt motor, so I'm happy as a clam in a camper with a Remote controlled DIY slide out!

This is a great remote control relay that you can use for all kinds of projects. I have a plan to try to build my own retractable screen for my projector. (I still need to get a motor and axle) This board allows you simply hook a small motor to the screw in connectors. Then you can place a 12V- 36V DC power supply into 2 other screw connectors. It does require a bit of additional wiring (you have to hook [2 sets of] 3 terminals together, but there is a diagram that shows how to do that. Additionally, there is other terminals for connecting a set (left, stop, right) switches for non-remote control of the board. Lastly, there are 2 switches for setting end-stop. It comes with a remote control with three buttons, a forward, a stop and a reverse button. It also mentions that there are jumpers to change it from continuous run to momentary run. I did not see these jumpers, but I assume you have to open the plastic casing to change these. This would work great for automatic doors, gates, retractable screens, or haunted drawers. You could also make controls for a remote control car.

I bought it for my swing gate entering my backyard. I tried every combination and could never get it to work with my Chamberlain or Liftmaster remotes. The video did not show how to wire the relay, although it was clear where to install the power. The written instructions could have been better. I spent two hours trying to solve the wiring problem but gave up.

This remote-controlled motor and reverse switch are a valuable addition to any project. It’s easy to install and program, making it a user-friendly choice for both beginners and experienced users. The product serves as a great remote-control relay for a variety of projects. The inclusion of a diagram is a thoughtful touch, aiding in the installation and programming process. The remote comes with three buttons (up, down, and stop) providing straightforward and intuitive control over the motor. This simplicity enhances the user experience, making the product even more appealing. However, the product does require additional wiring, which might be a hurdle for some users. While this doesn’t detract from its functionality, it does add an extra step to the installation process. Despite this, the product is decently priced, offering good value for its features and performance.

This Kaleinavi Remote Control Motor Forward and Reverse Switch Controller is a great upgrade for our custom television lift. We have a concealed electric lift built into a piece of our furniture, from which arises our flat panel tv, and we used this remote controller to upgrade its operation. What was once a simple button operated up and down lift, is now RF remote control enabled and connected to our home control system for voice activated operation. This remote control board configured for latched mode is connected to the motor, two redundant range limit switches each for high and low thresholds, an external home control interface module, and the lift motor which is still equipped with a manual switch just in case. We might just be using all the features of the board, but there are many other uses for it too that are more simple, but it is indeed capable of much.
