Says Austria on the box. Mueller is a German name so it fits the area

Is it big enough to handle a medium size cabbage?

Not sure. There is plenty of room but you may have to cut it to fit properly. I'm sure you could make it work. I have not tried cabbage yet but I plan to. You could always give customer service a call. I am really enjoying this little Spiralizer.

Can you use it with a very big zucchini?

If it's a straight zucchini, it shouldn't be a problem. You might need an extra hand to hold it in place. I had one that was curved and it was a pain to do.

Does it work for potatoes ?

Yes, I’ve made spiral potatoes. Deep frying would work better than using an air fryer like I did.
